It has been awhile since bailey had past but the staff is friendly knowledgeable and doctors are some of the best I've known. I now live in Janesville but recently adopted and I will be driving to Clinton. They cared for my daughter from pup till ten years later we said goodbye amazing vets

I can't thank the staff enough. They were so understanding and supportive when I had to say goodbye to my Mr. Boss. There was no pressure for services or guilt from them. Conversations were open and honest on both sides and I appreciate that more than I can express. I have been taking my dogs here for years and have always had a good experience.

I helped a friend with two cats get there yearly check-up. The staff was very professional and friendly. The cats warmed up to the staff very nicely, considering what they(the cats) had to go through. I was impressed.

This was my first time taking Koba here, so I was a bit nervous. Upon arriving, I had to call to be let into the building, and a sign on the door stated that they are only allowing one person in with their pet (both of the above due to Covid regulations). We were let in pretty quickly and throughout the visit, were treated as if we'd been going there for years! Very laid back, yet attentive and friendly staff. Koba is not usually used to being around people, but they made him feel safe and comfortable here! All areas were VERY clean and well taken care of. I am certain that we will continue taking our pup to this wonderful clinic from now on!

we took our cat of then almost 13 years to them to check him out because he had what looked like an infection. the vet agreed and prescribed us medication for him, though it did the absolute opposite. within a month, he had lost an extreme amount of weight and became even sicker. when we went back in, they did a biopsy to see if the infection, which turned out to be a huge mass, was cancerous. it came back benign, though we progressed with a surgery that in total costed around $1,700. After the surgeries, he was unable to move and we were only given 2 days of pain meds, he also had 4-5 different patches of stitches. the mass was sent to pathology and it came back cancerous. we sadly had to put him down a few days later. this vet caused him so much more pain then he should had ever experienced, first with a misdiagnoses and then skewed test results. we will never return to this place.

Took my cat here a couple months ago for hair loss and over grooming on his belly, they immediately said it was a flea allergy even though there was absolutely zero evidence of fleas (flea dirt, bites, etc.) no further tests, they gave him topical flea killer and called it a day. Fast forward to now, I just had to put my cat down for a blockage in his bladder that would’ve required emergency surgery costing over $3,000. The emergency vet told me symptoms and I was shocked to hear hair loss and over grooming was a main one. This could’ve easily been caught/prevented had the vets been a little more thorough in their diagnosis. I don’t see how this was over looked. They’re also pretty expensive compared to other vets so I would’ve assumed they were a good option.

The vets here are totally compassionate and understand my concerns about my pets who are all the family I have. Love Dr. Johnson and Dr. Severson!!! They are the best!!! Super friendly, very smart, and you can tell they love animals and love what they are doing. Their prices are some of the best I have ever paid - and they don't try to upsell you or offer unnecessary tests. The techs & assistants are friendly too. Even when their phones were down, they communicated with me by text to make sure I got an appointment AND at the day/time I wanted. This clinic goes above and beyond! 10 STARS!!!! They have the most thoughtful and caring employees. The individuals who work here clearly do it because they love animals and they treat them like their own. They went above and beyond by making special accommodations for my puppy after an emergency vet clinic was extremely inconsiderate and impossible to work with. Your pets health and safety is their number one priority. I can't thank Clinton vet enough for what they've done for my family! Forever grateful!

These guys were GREAT during my dog Snowball's time of 'dire' need. It was Friday nearing 5pm- when most want to go home for the weekend. At 4:45pm I called, worried for my dog and they waited for me to arrive.Unbeknownst to me, I'd soon be deciding the fate of my best buddy... I never thought I'd get emotional about a dog before this night... but I did.The Clinton Veterinary team was caring enough to give me all the time needed to make a tough decision, while embarrassingly bawling about it. They diagnosed my dog with Lyme disease. I took him to 3 vets and no one thought to test him for it. This is the only place that did and I am thankful for them as now he is able to recover instead of suffering.
