Let me start off by saying we came to Nextgen by recommendation of my uncle. He claimed to have a great experience and awesome service. At this time we were looking for a new dealer as our last couple of encounters were not the greatest.We called to price out a snowcheck. The process to get the pricing was a breeze and there was no pressure to go any further with the purchase. We did call around to shop the prices. Although Nextgen was not the lowest they also were far below the highest. A couple of weeks passed and Brady called to check back in with us. This was a big indicator of the service that we would eventually receive.We decided to snowcheck. The two biggest deciding factors were the service we received and of course the lifetime warranty. Our last encounter we would call our salesman 3-4 times and leave multiple messages before getting a return call. Whereas Brady took the initiative to call and check in with us on his own accord. As time went Brady constantly kept us in the loop, gave updates, and was extremely flexible come pick up time.10/10 recommend Brady and all of the nextgen staff for your next power sports purchase. Their entire staff is always over the top helpful, the warranty is awesome, the location is easy to access, and everything overall is seamless.

I have never dealt with Next Gen before but after a few recommendations I decided to give them a shot. Brady was awesome to work with. No high pressure, upfront and honest with everything, and I felt like I got the best deal in the area.

Called and asked if used utv was still available.I told them I would be up there the next day to look at it at 9 am.They said they would have it cleaned up and inside the building. They would tell a salesman that I was going to be there.Got there at 9 am, no one knew that i was coming, the utv was not in the building, it was not cleaned up and it would not start plus it had over 1000 miles more on it than advertised.Salesman said it was just in the day before for a complete service.When I looked inside the seats were covered in dust.Then after it would not start I left.Never to return back

Totally rip off, hiding fees, trade in price is a joke. 30 miles delivery cost $0, 32 miles is $75 lol. Good job nextgen. Their technicians need an hour to install a bumper in a four wheeler, no tools or what? Come on. I just paid off everything that way I don’t have to deal with this company anymore.I just waiting to get my very overprice atv delivery in my house as soon is possible for $75 32 miles delivery , I don’t know how long is going to take and I hope everything is as paid for, they may want more money for some another stuff they can made up…Very disappointed

NextGen is the only place I take my ATVs, sleds and SxS’s. There are at least 6 dealers closer to me, but I still make the hour trek. Their service is just that good. Always friendly, great comms when you have a unit in for work, and technically proficient. Working with the NextGen team is always a pleasure (especially Angie!).

There was a problem with the delivery that we had reserved (manufacturer cancelled the delivery) and he went out of his way to save the sale and made us feel like we were important to him and not just another nameless customer.He worked with us on many factors including flexibility on pickup and finalizing the sale and went out of his way to follow up a couple weeks later when we had a self-inflicted operator error when someone sucked up a rock on the Sea Doo.I would 100% buy from Next Gen again and look forward to giving them my business if I'm ever in the market again.

I’m in the beginning processes of taking Nextgen to court. They sold me a boat this summer and I bought this boat site unseen by pictures only. I was told his boat was brand new and in brand new condition and I paid that price. This boat was far from new or new condition. Not only was there staining all over the seats the helm was weathered, the dash was cracked, one of the captain seats was broken and bent forward. The top and the cover we’re both covered in mold and mildew. After only using the boat a few times alarms were going off and it had to be towed back to shore….When I spoke with the ownership of Nextgen he said his sales man disclosed all the damage and the complete shape of the boat to me. This is completely untrue. Why would I pay well over a brand new price for a boat that is completely damaged and in horrible condition. Paper work was falsified by sales, I was lied to by phone, I have a ton of video, photos, text messages and emails that will support this.

Great people and great service. I have had work done on both my sleds and work was done on time and sleds were returned to me cleaner than when I dropped them off. They called me before any work was done to explain costs and time it would take. Very good communication. I will definitely be back and spend more money there for sure. Great job guys!!!

I stopped into Nextgen 5 minutes prior to closing time to see what they had for a Polaris General. As I was walking out Mike volunteered to take some time and show me a few units and discuss options and differences in the models even though it was closing time.I was interested in one unit and came back the next day to purchase the Polaris General. When I have a question Mike is quick to text or call me with an answer even after the sale was completed. I would highly recommend dealing with Mike at Nextgen in Clear Lake WI.
