Horrible experience x10. Do NOT take your family pets here! Receptionist is rude! Helper “vet tech” has no idea what they’re doing! The Veterinarian Mr. Smith may know how to treat large animals but NOT cats or small animals. Do NOT take your family per here!! My experience was horrific!!

I attempted to schedule a feline leukemia test for a new cat that we just took in this week. When calling to make the appointment, instead of being welcomed as a new client, I received a series of questions about why I’m not them for other veterinary services.If you are looking for a vet that wants your business, I would look elsewhere.

My vet retired and I had a difficult time putting my cat down, it was necessary and not easy. The people at Clayton welcomed me and used very good social skills and empathy to make a rough time tolerable, I thank you!

Very good vet! But if you're poor, it may not be the place to go. I was $35 short on a $135 bill and got told next time I had to pay in full. Or let my cat die? I guess.

I'll bring my dog back here anytime he needs anything. They even trim large dog nails which is hard to find around this area
