Your manager who answered the phone at 12:08pm (approximately) today May 4tg was rude condescending and unapologetically inconsiderate for what a 17 year old was experiencing in your automotive department.We don't treat customers of any age the way he was. Passed along people put in front of him that were walking. Uncalled for.And for the manager who i had the displeasure of speaking to could careless to be compassionate, empathetic, understanding or considerate is not what Sam Walton would like to see in his stores.But you only care about your bottom dollar time and time again.BIRCH STREET AUTO GOT HIM IN AND GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES AND THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!! I recommend people go there for auto service!!!!!!!!

I go shopping here atleast twice a week. And I dread taking 3 kids in with me but sometimes I have to. Today my 3 year old was having a fit and dropped his shoes with out me noticing because I had a 4 and 5 year old to also pay attention to. So while i was waiting for my daughter at the bathrooms the cashier came up to me with his shoes, calling me names and saying I was a bad mother and I should pay attention to my kids. All because my son dropped his shoes while I WAS paying attention to my other two children?! The people you guys hire make mothers not want to go shopping with there children. She had nothing but face piercings and tattoos and black hair. And obviously doesn't have kids, and she should never.

Never buy a phone there. They, OSL, really tried to mess with me so I talked to their boss. Walmart manager was part of it too, talked corporate about that one also.

2020 review:One of the better Walmarts around. Things seemed very picked up and nice. Don't shop there a lot because of Walmart practices and how they are as a company, but the store seemed to be reasonable. It's location is also very convenient and they have a large amount of product.

Walmart in EC sucks balls. They never have ANYTHING in Stock I drive 35 minutes to Chippewa Everytime i go to the store because I know there I can find what I need

Visited the pharmacy to pick up 2 prescriptions. Since they weren't ready yet, I shopped around in other areas while I waited. Discovered some on-sale yarn - always an exciting find(!) and some very reasonably priced pencils ✏️ which I'll use for a future craft project! Prescriptions were ready, and I could check out all of my items at the pharmacy. . . a real time saver!

We found a grill online at a good price. Every Walmart was sold out online except for this Walmart. I ordered the grill online immediately, and the app said our pick-up time was after 5:19pm. We call and ask customer service to make sure they have the grill, just so we know it's there before we make the long drive. The woman 'confirms' that they have 2 of the grills. We hang up, but call back to see if we can possibly pick it up early since it's just 1 large item in a box. We told the young girl in the online pickup dept. that we could be there in 30-45 minutes, to which she chuckled but said that "45 minutes is a reasonable amount of time to have it ready." We race to Chippewa Falls. We get there 46 minutes after the phone call and even do some school shopping before we go to customer services to ask about the grill. The confused woman brings some young manager over who proceeds to go to the online shopping people to ask. He comes back a while later and essentially says that he doesn't know what we're talking about and to f off until 5:19. He had no answers and looked annoyed like he was saying bless your heart on the inside. This is a little after 3 pm, so we go to the online shopping portion of the parking lot. We waited for almost 2 more hours, and at the LAST second, after all of the precautions we put in place to ensure the grill was, in fact, there, you canceled our order. I would like to know why our time was a game to you. I would like to know why we were told the grill, 2 in fact, was in stock before we ever started driving that way. I want to know why the 12 year old manager thought we were a joke and couldn't even verify what the girl at online shopping originally told us. Instead, this child comes back smiling with zero answers telling us to wait for 2 hours, only to cancel our order. We found the grill at another store for over $100 less anyway so maybe your utter and total incompetence was a gift in disguise to us, bless your hearts.

I would much rather shop in Ladysmith rather than Lake Halle. But Ladysmith is severely lacking in variety and often just plain doesn't stock things I can get elsewhere

This store has employees that answer questions or are stocking the shelves all the time. Unlike the other closer Wal Mart stores to me I find that this one has the products I need because they are in stock and I have to drive 30 min out of my way to get them here. This store is by far cleaner, employees are more engaging and they have product. Nice job.

I went to the pharmacy for the first time, and was impressed with everyone I spoke to...from taking my phone calls, the pharmacy assistant and the pharmacist. Very professional, friendly and speedy!

What can I say here, ...not to many places that you can walk into, while your waiting for your new tires to be put on, and pick up w 50" tv, school supplies, get your groceries, cash a check and get your hair cut and taxes done on the way back to the car

I’ve called this location multiple times for the simplest questions. They always say they are going to direct me to someone that can help and put me on hold. I sit on hold for 4-5mins just for the call to direct right back to the person I just spoke with that put me on hold. You would think for a large company they would try a little harder to be more responsive and urgent with their phone calls. I’m absolutely sick of this laziness and unwillingness to help someone on thats been on hold for over 10 mins!!!

Store very much not concerned about keeping products on shelves. Most of the employees have little to no knowledge in regards to finding items. The employee's attitudes are terrible they don't have good interactions with costumers. They don't move out of the way for customers or the elderly. They take up to much space when on the floor. When moving their equipment a little would allow room for carts. I've been going there for years and have found only about 3 employees that are polite and knowledgeable about the layout of the store. I will never ask an employee where something is again, I've been sent to other employees for answers who didn't know either. Ive been told to find a manager to ask after 10 minutes they couldn't be found. Ive been bold faced lied to and sent to parts of the store that did not relate to the item in question.

Rude Employees! Very rude! I am gonna start going to a different Walmart. Everytime I'm at the Hallie Walmart, next to no employee was smiling, saying excuse me as she walked right in front of me and stopped. No excuse me, no sorry no nothing.

It gets the 3 star because it's always the same and what happened to 24 hours. People do work different shifts and I bet they're at cost for EC maybe not the others that they shut down and closed.

It seems like nobody in that store has any customer service skills. They talk to each other and avoid helping customers or just a simple hello. Thats the reason I don't like going there. Train the employees
