Buyer beware!!!! Price on display NOT honored at register. Matte paints I chose were priced $3.59 but rang up at $3.99 or $4.59. Employees told me Ace was doing price changes. Would not honor the price on the display. Made excuses. Told them to do their jobs and update the price on the display. Done with this store. Won’t shop here again. Double check EVERYTHING!

Placed an order online, called them to say I’m here. They let me know one of the items was out of stock, and that they will drive to another location to see if it’s in stock? Why would you just call? Common sense isn’t too common anymore I guess.

Disappointed many times. Once again told they don't stock a simple hardware item. Staff does not know what they stock unless they are looking at a computer screen. Guess not all Ace's are the same.May 2022 update. I'm disappointed in myself every time I stop there. They never have standard hardware I need and what they do have is overpriced. I'm much better off driving right past their front door and heading into lake Hallie to shop and Farm and Fleet. I know this is a harsh review but enough is enough. Take hardware off the sign and replace it with Ace flowers and garden.

Noone ever in the store that could help incase you didn't 100% know what your doing , sign up for rewards program and there system is glitched my phone number never works so have to use card plus now i get phishing emails from them and can get everything at walmart that this place has for half the price other than good power tools but you catch my drift

Called to rent an aerator and asked for the rental department. Girl said that was her, I asked pricing, time allotments and if you could reserve it. She said 4 hour, 24 hour and week, I think. I asked how much for 4 hours and she said “have no idea, but I can write you down for a reservation.” I called a different company after that. Not impressed

The staff at the Lake Wisotta store are very helpful. I believe there is a young lady who is the manager or assistant manager..I cannot recall her name but super helpful! All the staff is friendly!

Decent selection of goods but a little pricey. Convenient for those who live in the Lafayette area. I hope they open greenhouse again as that would be a huge plus for all the gardeners in the area.

It's great to have Ace Hardware from coast to coast! Visiting my parents from out of state I was able to find products in familiar with at costs that are reasonable to easily improve my parent's home!

I just went there to exchange broken craftsman sockets. I liked the service he gave me. He was write on it he took my broken ones and got me new ones.thats the only reason I went there.

Nobody knows anything when you ask a question they're all too busy on their phones 90% of the time at night is all the only one or two people that work there for quite a long time could actually know what they're doing there
