Prices are high and the parking lot is terrible. Be careful where you step. Employees are nice though. I wonder if this place will remain after the new Festival foods opens.

Nice to have a grocery store so close to home. I'd like it better if the employees were friendly. It's a big pet peeve of mine to not be greeted by the cashier, and so far they are 0 for 5 on greetings. The store is nice though!

Great selection of food, it’s just a little more expensive than other grocery stores. I’m comparing that to Aldi, they just can’t compete with those prices. I do not buy groceries at Walmart, so I’m not comparing to that frightening superstore.

The staff was very helpful (Brooke & Dave I believe) when I needed to return some gift cards. They went out of their way and made sure to help me out when the return was being complicated. I’m very appreciative of their patience and effort.

Stop to pick up a few things and one of the items I bought was a Frozen Pizza the price was $7.99. When I got home I looked at the sales receipt and I was charged $10.99. Really? I called and talked to the manager. After waiting several minutes on the phone she verified the price was $7.99. Her tone of her voice was that she didn't seem to care. I asked for a $3 gift certificate since that was what I was overcharged and she said we don't do that. If you shop at this grocery store definitely look at your sales receipt to make sure they're not overcharging you for your grocery items.

Location! It is the only grocery store in Chippewa Falls. That's about it. It's just your usual small town grocery store. Although I have enjoyed the price of meats here. Family Fare has also been kind to special needs workers.

Considering it’s the closest grocery store to me they got that going for them. Otherwise super overpriced. My keto snacks and such I look for are way more here than anywhere else. I was looking for a 4 pack of quest snack bars and they were $8.99 which is crazy expensive. Only thing I’ve ever got here that’s cheaper is diapers. They have an ok selection of food. Nothing if you’re on a restricted diet. No keto bread. Even one brand of keto would be great if you carried it. For us diabetics or keto eaters. Staff usually looks like they hate their lives and jobs but I think that’s anyone this day in age. It’s a grocery store. Nothing more nothing less.

Convenient as I live on the Small Lake, but it is expensive and the products are not great all the time. Today's experience was purchasing cod filets that were freezer burned when I opened the package. Honestly look as if they were turned over and repackaged. I don't usually do my shopping at this store.

Store seems to be kept up well enough. Functional, nothing fancy. Like some others mentioned, sale prices can be good sometimes but prices on average seem a little high. But that will vary depending what type of item you're looking for.

Have tried several times to buy their quick meals from the deli. My experience has been the items are not there, such as pasta dishes or I had to run all over trying to find the three items. Not convenient and not time saving.

Looks like a small little local shop but was surprised with variety and selection they had available. Prices like a Walmart or cub but selection and quality in house goods like a lunds or shopko/hyvee.

The Lake Wissota one does not sanitize their baskets. The cashier first asked me to put my basket in the stack next to the door for people to grab when they come in. When I didn't he huffed and did it himself prior to checking out my items. He did not sanitize the handles in any way before putting it on top of the stack. Every other store around either cleans them between customers or took them away so only carts could be used. If I had known they didn't, I wouldn't have used it. Combining that with their high prices and generally unfriendly staff, best to just go to Wal-Mart, Woodman's or Festival.

No I have had several issues with using my my cards when paying. I have wic and the first the I tried using it, I was told the card was not going to work and just today I tried using it again with an approved item I use the app to make sure I got the correct items and was told I could not get this item because it was not approved which it was. Not impressed at all.

Staff is very friendly and the selection is good but the produce is hit or miss. I do my best to support my local community and my neighborhood grocery store but the quality of produce makes it difficult somedays.

Purchased a birthday cake for my Mom. Mark did a beautiful job. I called at the last minute and he was glad to add something for me. Very accommodating. And the cake was delicious!

The customer service in the liquor/ gas station part is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life! The manager I requested to talk to offered a discount, wich I refused to accept, rather than correcting his employees appauling actions. I recommend driving out of your way to find another place rather than having to experiance these people.There was also a wait to talk with the manager, so what does that tell you?

Great service and people.I'm disappointed with the quality of the produce.It only takes a day or two and then it goes bad.You are better off going to Aldi's and Aldi's delivers.

Went here on Sunday. Of the items I purchased, 4 of them where rotten/stail or bad. Taco shells stale, Gold N Plump chicken breast tenders where spoiled, two half gallon Kemps ice cream that where melted at one point then refrozen. I thought/hoped things would be better when the took over for Gordys but I am very disappointed! But for what it's worth the lady working at the courtesy counter took of the chicken with no problem even after I let a swear word loose, it just came out and I apologized but it didnt really phase her. Not sure about going back for large grocery shopping. I tried...

Expensive, but very nice customer service, clean and we'll stocked. I wouldn't shop here unless it was an emergency. Would rather drive to Walmart or Aldi's.
