Had gotten a flat tire earlier in the day, stopped at the store to see if they had a replacement tire. They didn't have the same brand I had in stock, but was told I could make it home on the one I had on (donut). 2 men came out to the parking lot to look at my car, & reassured me I could drive the 50 miles home on it. No charge for assessing the tire, & very nice people behind the tire desk.

We have had great luck while shopping in store. Folks are nice and always willing to help. Online ordering for pickup is another story. We've had multiple times we've ordered online for pickup with something "in stock" only to receive a text later saying that the order couldn't be fulfilled due to an out of stock item. Fix the technology side of it, and it would be 5 stars.

Great store to shop and/or visit. Only things I would add is maybe some more variety in the way of food items. Would be nice to buy a sandwich to eat while I'm shopping for other items

Good experience in store. Terrible if ordering online. Becoming common to order a pickup then order is cancelled due to inventory being off and them not having it in stock.

Not the store it once was, change is not always good. It seems they have plenty of room for clothing but not so much for items that used to sell. Hardware that looks like it took a hit, plumbing is pretty much nonexistent electrical not any better if you need clothes or pet supplies or stuff for your horses you're good. Otherwise you might as well keep driving. Very disappointing as this used to be my go to store

Worst service farm and fleet I have ever been to. Stood waiting for anyone to help me in the dewalt power tools section, yet no one did. Helped alk the other receipts people around, just not the guy who looks like he works for a living.Disappointed.

We found what we were looking for. But felt very uncomfortable as one of the workers was following us, staring at us in the most creepy way possible. We bought the shoes and left. The chance of me going back fairly slim.Today 5/10/2024Only 1 employee said hello when I passed them today. Customer service seems to be lacking here but the women's clearance shoes were a hit today and I was happy.

The new store layout makes no sense. If you need anything that's actually farm or fleet related they have it scattered all over the store. The selection has really dwindled down also. Been going there as long as I can remember and it's sad to see it becoming just another clothing store.

Disappointed with Blain's Farm and Fleet. I received an email from them in regards to a 40% off Carhartt sale happening from 11/15-11/27. It's obvious the people in charge of buying the sale merchandise CANNOT get their stuff together! Day three of the sale and they are sold out of the product on sale! Can't even order it online! If Menards ever carries Carhartt, I will never have to step foot in Farm and Fleet again!!So disgruntled about my shopping experience today that I returned everything I bought to the tune of 140.00. Doesn't sound like a lot of money, but being a one income family, we are very choosy about where we spend our money.

Been a farm n fleet shopper for decades. Had a 3/8 in ratchet that went bad. Something inside was stripped. The socket set was purchased at farm n fleet about 20 yrs ago, and had lifetime warranty. Did not have the receipt. They replaced it with a similar one, which was great.

The small engine service center was so helpful. They figured out the issue with the pressure washer we had just gotten (an extra piece where it shouldn't have been), then tested the new one that we had to exchange it for to make sure it all worked before we left. They even put up with our very vocal dog.

I really love having this store option in our community. Easy access and great location. Always a clean store and helpful staff. A store the hubby and I can both shop at! Bathrooms could use a facelift, but they are always clean. Prices are comparable to similar stores. New self-check out option recently installed if you prefer to check yourself out.

Had great deals on dog items we needed. Only problem we dealt with was they were out of pet safe salt but it IS winter so that's expected at times. And the smell in the building makes me sick but it's due to farm and tire equipment they sell. Great place to shop for most part.
