Not all but most workers. Act as if involving themselves with you. At any point is too much to deal with. From the moment you walk in it doesn't feel like a shopping experience.The workers complain about their pay their hours and their job in general.And more often than not we'll have absolutely nothing to do with you unless they think you're trying to steal something

Krystal and I think Blake, went above and beyond at close to save the day and help me .. to keep a long story story short , my dog went into labor . She has 9 or more on the way. Way to go Walmart employees on tonight's closing shift your team work saved my day. Can't say thank you enough.

Price are to high and no decent clothes to choose from. Same styles from same venders some one knew like women Levi long or tall straight legs or boot cut. And not just for skinny girls and women and plus how about the in between sizes! Same shoe and boot styles high priced in need of more wide with shoes. And no one by the fitting room's doors are locked and you always have to hunt a worker to open the door for you ! They should not be 1 person working the department ! 2 one to put items back on shelves and 1 to help customers.

Stopped in and grabbed a few things and went to look at some collectible toy cars and noticed some over grown little boy decided to make a mess of the area that someone had just recently straightened up... it makes me mad that a Walmart associate works hard to clean up after this individual slob...

this supercenter has much more of a variety of product and brands and much larger clothing depts compared to my local Walmart. I'm willing to drive the extra 15mins just for that .

Mike on electronics was rude and unhelpful. Walked away while trying to figure out and issue to talk to another employee. Acted as I was inconvenience him with being there.

Very dissapointed in the bakery. We ordered the two tier cake directly from the book in the store for my daughter's graduation and the sad little cake in the other picture is what we were given. Being that it was the day of the party, we didn't have a chance to get another one. If I could give minus stars I would.

I had made an online order on clearance tires, hours later my girlfriend had arrived 10 minutes early before the scheduled pick up time and at the same time received a notification that the order had been canceled, on account the tires no longer existed. After talking to the auto center coach/manager, we were able to work out a compromise to resolve the unfortunate situation which rectify the situation to the best of his ability.

Prices seem to constantly rise, products you preferred I'm the past no longer carried, but most of all, having to "self-checkout" while paid employees stand doing nothing, but who apparently must think you are a criminal trying to steal while checking out.

Went to get tires installed that I purchased online, but they were the wrong size. They canceled them and started on my refund, worked on giving me info on the correct size tires and I am going back there to get the correct ones installed. They were helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the service department. THEY ROCK!!

Store itself it okay. HOWEVER the ladies at the front are all in your face as you check out. Literally standing right next to you. Like if you don't trust me do it for me. Especially a short little brown haired woman.

It's a decent store but it is currently missing a lot of items (possibly because of Christmas). It has all the major sections, a large parking lot, and it's easy to get to. There is a subway inside, and also a deli for anyone who might be hungry. The staff mostly mind their own business but they are helpful if you ask them for anything.

Service is pretty good. Staff are nice. The pharmacy people are very friendly and help with any questions. Always stocked very well and clean, unlike other walmart stores.

Ordered a product on line and picked it up out in the parking lot in numbered pick up space. With texting not working we used the phone number on the sign . Also stopped for other things another day and found everything needed. Handicapped parking is handy and near to the entrances

Guess I'll rate here vs at self check. Knew my card had little on it. Cashier made a face as I was saying thought it automatically took remaining funds then use a different method for rest. Then after I did 2 pay , she pushed the comments button that I was happy with my visit. I was waiting for it to pop to push what i wanted. Gez, I'll make sure not to use her again

We went to an assisted checkout. While putting our full cart of groceries on the conveyor, the cashier asked me to move my reusable bags from the conveyor to the top of the bag rack. Then he asked us to bag our groceries. We continued to place our groceries on the conveyor and the cashier from the next checkout came over to bag our stuff. I thanked her for helping. No idea why the cashier wouldn't touch our bags or bag our items.

The store is generally well-kept and clean. Most store associates are happy and willing to help. Due to the pandemic, many items have been going out of stock but they will try to tell you when they will be back in stock if you ask. Birthday cakes/cupcakes from this location are of good size and quality, even with only 3 or 4 days notice during non-busy bakery times of year.

I prefer this store to Manitowoc. However, I was disappointed they didn't carry what I was looking for. I needed to replace a zipper, and from what the associate told me, they no longer carry those.

We don't shop at Walmart often but when we do we prefer the Chilton Walmart. We really like how there's always a few registers opened so self check out is not forced on you like other locations!

Very nice young male cashier gave them an extra star. I bought a marked on sale items here and when got home realized they charged me the full price I went back got my money back and talked to them about are they going to lower the price now and they said no they were going to go change it leave the price that's on it and take the sale price off . T h i e r food here is expensive more than other Walmarts and the selection options are less. Weird layout at this one. I saw they have the mouse traps by the food isles... l don't get it. Watch out for the deep puddle walking in on the north entrance. You're better off picking your stuff up at Appleton or Fond du Lac when you're there.

Do not do online grocery pickup here. I received a jug of milk that expired oct 20th with my grocery pickup on Nov. 30th. They seem to consistently give us bread that expires within a couple days and milk near the expiration date and other garbage produce, bad garlic, moldy strawberries, I suspect this location is doing this on purpose so they don't have to eat the cost of throwing it out. Of course I didn't check the date on this one until after I took a drink, I'll upload more pictures when it comes back up. Thanks Chilton Walmart!!!

Would like to give ZERO stars but thats not an option. Horrible employees. Most are rude and and always "too busy" talking or playing on their phones to help you. Its always dirty everytime i go and had a horrible lingering odor that i hope isnt mold but thats the only thing that comes to mind everytime im there. Dont waste your time , money or patience ! Its not worth when there is a Meijer only one mile away !! Meijer is definitely a way better choice and has a way better selection of products and services!!!
