I came to facility at 5:50 pm (Friday), went to the office : lady told my appointment at 8:39pm than can go park area when possible will call . After 40 minutes they told my door and start very quickly loading . My experience is great staff and involved . Thank you all

Drivers STAY AWAY. Extremely rude staff, 3-4 hour wait to get loaded. 1-2 hours to get you into a door. They all take a break at noon as well with not one person loading. One of the worst places I’ve been to.

Their locations are spread all over the place you have to check in one location and then drive 4 MI to go to another if you're hauling scrap

Got here early today, Friday morning 8:30, Appointment was at 12:00. They put me in a door right away. It took about 2 hours to get loaded and get the bills. The check in office is by dock 10, has a bathroom.

I read the reviews and I was expecting the worst but instead I got the unexpected. My appt was for 10am but since I saw they were 24h facility I came straight through and was here 10pm last night. The lady at the check-in office was super nice and said they couldn't take me but what she can do is change my appt for 6am since they had an opening. So I check-in at 6am and realize that my next load is a reload here so I tell them that the lady tells me to come back in after I'm unloaded which was 45 min later. I get a dock for my reload right away and I was loaded 1.5 hrs later. So my unloading and reloading took 2 hrs and 15 min give or take few min that is unbelievable...

Believe everything written about this place. Slow and inconsiderate. But you can park overnight so that solves them wasting your clock up.

Made appointment on time with four other trucks with same appointment time , here 4 hours a lot of parking and they have a bathroom, u need a appointment # that starts with 806

As a driver I'm so happy I'm not on ELD!This place is a joke. As I'm writing this I've been here for 6 hours already waiting to get loaded. 1.5 of them spent in the dock. Bring your grill and a fire pit and plan for a long night.If it's my choice I'll never be back.What a waste of time!

This place is 1st come 1st serve for loading. Park in the drop lot across the road and then walk to the receiving office to check in. I’ve never had any issues loading here. The staff are very friendly! There is a rest room to use by where you check in. After loading, they do have a scale on site so you can adjust your axles. I’ve never had to use it however, as all the loads I’ve left with so far from here have been under 20,000lbs.

The only good thing is that they have a overnight parking. My apt was at 10am and I checked in at 7am. They gave me a door at 12 + 2h of unloading

Driver, unless you hate yourself, call the broker and GIVE THIS LOAD BACK! I suppose if you need to take a 10 hour break, you might come here and take it while you wait. Otherwise,I don't know how they get trucks in here, wasting our time like this. SAVE YOURSELVES, DONE COME HERE!

Drop and hook wasnt ready, but i got live loaded in 10 minutes at secondary building. Main office staff leaves a little to be desired in the friendly department.
