Regarding your facilties at 327 main st..As an OTR driver I must say that your doing this wrong over here. You have 5 docks, 4 of which are used by empty trailers. The only open dock is the most unsafe and difficult to get into.Here's what to do. Have the open dock for Delivery the one closest to the road! Don't park your personal vehicles in the truck dock area. Fix your directions on your phone system. I listened to them 4 times and couldn't understand them.

Really some of the best customer service I have ever received. I had a few product defects on one of the cages we purchased. they replaced my parts as needed right away. I worked with a few different customer service reps when calling in and everyone of them were professional and pleasant to work with.After my initial issues with the cage and continuous needs to get replacement parts, they worked with me to get a different cage that would better suit my needs.I would always recommend Kaytee products to anyone that asks.Thank You!!

I contacted Kaytee via Messenger because I needed help with putting two cages together for my daughter's hamster using their connectors and I had no idea how to do it. To my delight, someone responded immediately. I was quite impressed since most companies do not get back to you for days, if ever. The person on the other end was very friendly and helpful, basically doing a mini audit of my issue before giving me advice. They had ideas but then asked me to take a photo of my cages so they could understand the space that I had. They were sincerely engaged in my issue. After giving me several options based on the limited space I had for the cages, they found two perfect solutions. They even Googled where I could get the products since they are the manufacturer and deal with the distributors. The products were more expensive in my neck of the woods so they offered to send me what I needed for FREE. Yes, you heard that right, for FREE. I was so impressed with the level of "old-fashioned", excellent customer service demonstrated by this company! I received the products several days later and was extremely pleased. Aside from being able to perfectly address my issue, they were friendly, courteous and genuine. Many companies out there have forgotten what real customer service is so big kudos for you, Kaytee. My review has been focused on customer service but I also have to add that the products are excellent and well-priced too! :-)

My dwarf hamster absolutely loves their food and treats! Kaytee offers a really nice variety so she isn't stuck eating the same boring stuff all the time. I've yet to find a treat she won't eat lol!! I also use their habitats and tubes which is a nice way for her to exercise and interact with me! Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Kaytee has been terrible. 3 months ago I puchased an extra cage for my 5 year old daughter's hamster, 2 days later her hamster escaped . My daughter is still talks about hamster because we never found her. I called Kaytee to let them know that happened and the 65$ cage was defective. They assured me that another would be sent out right away! That was 3 months ago and I have recieved nothing at all, no follow up call, nothing at all. That's terrible for telling a customer not to worry !

If I could give a extra star I would. They know how to handle customers that's for sure! They went above and beyond to compensate for a mishap on the zipper that broke on my rabbit food. It isnt a huge deal but they took it seriously. There is not many companies out there like kaytee co. My bunny Marley loves there products as well. I know they are located in Wisconsin so I'm not sure if it's a midwest thing but they treated me kindly. I will continue to be a loyal customer and would recommend their products to anyone with pets. Thank you for treating your customers good. We need more companies out there like you!

Pink haired shipping clerk is unprofessional to say the least. As a driver I'm used to shipping/receiving people not greeting/acknowledging me when I arrive at their window. They let you stand there for several minutes twiddling your thumbs while they have better things to do. I get this is pretty much the accepted norm. Well I'm not tolerating the unprofessional behavior anymore. 5-10 minutes waiting to be greeted is unacceptable. An acknowledgment and being told "there will be a wait" or "can I help you" is all that's needed. In fact it is just common courtesy.Back to my experience: I kindly and professionally called her out! The subsequent profanity laced tirade I was subjected to was uncalled for and frankly should be grounds for her termination. Of course her manager tried to flip it on me until I pointed out I was video recording for quality purposes. He disappeared faster than a drop of water in a desert.It seems HR at Kaytee might need to conduct training on professional behavior.Btw pink hair clerk. My answer to your question is, no I'm not an expert in professionalism. For you to ask me that is disingenuous and unprofessional.

As an OTR driver. Time is critical. I was told there were trucks ahead of me and it’ll be about a 2 hour wait time to get assigned a door and get loaded. I was completely fine with that. It’s been almost 5 hours and I still have yet to be assigned a door. Horrible...

I love Kaytee products, especially Clean & Cozy bedding. My Guinea Pig, Badger looks so cute in the Apple Orchard or Camo. Clean & Cozy is soft, virtually dust free and does a great job absorbing and taking away the smell!

As a long-time pet lover, I have always trusted Kaytee products for their consistent quality. My family loves that Kaytee products are made in the USA. We use Kaytee Timothy Complete food, Timothy Hay and Clean & Cozy bedding for our 12 year old Chinchilla. We have also used Kaytee Wild Bird foods for filling out outdoor Wild Bird feeders for many years. We even use a Kaytee cage for our Chinchilla!

My Mini Lop Lili LOVES Kaytee products. Every time she hears her bin of Timothy Complete open she is at my feet! She loves "making her bed" with the Clean and Cozy and cant get enough of the Timothy Hay. Thank you Kaytee for making such great products for my beloved pet!!

If you honestly care about your feathery friend and their life spand, their health, and their mental behavior then trust me when I say that you don't want to buy Kaytee for your bird. They use dyes that cause behavior disorders like depression, anxiety, boredom, etc... Not to mention putting dye in the food isn't gonna make the bird want to eat it. Also Kaytee uses harmful ingredients such as BHT which was actually banned in Europe because it is a carcinogen and causes several different cancers. They also claim to use "No Artificial Perservatives" which is indeed FALSE! If you look at the ingredients on the back of kaytees ferret food Timothy and bits with blueberrys and yogurt.
