Took forever getting my order in. It took forever to receive my order. Once I got my order the portions were a bit off. The fries weren't an actual portion and the chicken was dry as heck.Drive thru is a joke. I ordered 2 blizzards. Then after waiting 20+ minutes in line I finally pay and get my blizzards... They weren't done how I ordered them but they had long since finished making them because the women pulled them out of the freezer and handed them to me.......If I knew it was faster to go inside then I would have. Why did it take so long for some simple blizzards?

Young kid at the drive through doesn't know what he is doing. He couldn't take down an order right. We asked for a chocolate blizzard with brownie bits, he didn’t understand. Then we asked for a 6 pc chicken tender basket tossed in bbq sauce which he sounded like he never heard of. Its advertised on their menu right now! I’m never coming back. Service was horrid and the food wasn't right in the end after battling for about 10 minutes.

Wait time is horrible, both inside and drive thru. One car ahead of us and it look 10 minutes for us to place order and another 15 minutes to get it.The only plus is that the employees were nice.

I will never bring my money back to this DQ. I have stayed away because of the quality and slowness. Today I tried again and regret it. The place was slow, inside and out. I was the only car in drive thru when I ordered. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. 25 minutes of sitting by the back door, I went in for a refund. My food was sitting there, waiting for who knows how long. Staff was nice but didn't care. Never asked, just refunded and walked away. I am patient but not when it is this slow.

I sat in line for 5 minutes to order with 1 car ahead of me. Took 5 different tries to get the correct order in, prolonging the ordering time. We waited at the window for 5 minutes before someone even greeted us or told us the total. The employees looked disheveled and were not communicating well. They had said they were training someone in, but it just looked like 2 employees were standing off to the side talking to people inside visiting while a teenage worker was also standing around not receiving guidance. She came out with the food before money was even taken and she asked if we were a certain order number. No numbers were given out during our ordering process. She never said what food it was, and after 3 minutes of running around it was ours. But only after she asked what our order was. The order was completely wrong and things were missing. None of our ice cream items were made either. We sat a total of 20 minutes before all of our items were completely made and made correctly. I understand being short staffed, and I've worked fast food before. It should not have taken 20 minutes for all of our food with at least 4 workers on staff.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. I never have high expectations for fast food but this was almost inedible.. the chicken strips were pale in color. The ranch had no flavor, I’m not sure if it was old or if they made it wrong but it tasted like nothing. I ended up using ketchup. Finally, the cupfection I ordered was made wrong. It was just vanilla ice cream with the toppings thrown on top. Nothing mixed in. I then heard the worker ask another worker how to make it AFTER he already gave it to me and she said the toppings and ice cream should be layered, which they weren’t. He did realize he forgot chocolate sauce so he took it back and poured some of that on top as well. For over $6 I expect it to be made correctly, especially since he was told how to after the fact. I should’ve read the other reviews before stopping here. I don’t recommend.

I dont remember the last time I was able to get a moolatte here it has been quite awhile not for my lack of trying especially within the last month I have tried 4 times they never have them. For better service and the food you want drive the extra bit and go to brillion dq

If I could give them, zero stars, I would. I waited 15 minutes. Had four employees stare at me didn’t say a word to me didn’t acknowledge me just stared didn’t say hi didn’t say will be with you in one minute. One of the workers is touching customers tickling them, and then not washing their hands and making ice cream I walked out didn’t get nothing. I didn’t want anything at that point Absolutely horrible

Has the longest line known to man, but good food and its dairy queen so you know what they got. Update - went here and ordered two burgers and i kid you not it took 45 minutes! This is unbelievable. I couldve payed the same amount of money at a sit down restaurant and gotten my food faster! And on top of that two other people who came in after got their food first!

Sat in the drive thru on a mild Saturday afternoon without being served. Maybe two or three cars in the lot and one at the drive up window waiting on their order. The car in front of me never spoke to anyone but pulled up to the first window. I sat at the menu sign waiting to order for 10 minutes. I even called the store and no one answered. I left without anything. Come on!!!! Service is absolutely horrible! Won't ever be back!

If there's another option I would take that. The dairy Queen in Hilbert has got to be the slowest dairy Queen I've ever been to. First it took them over 5 minutes just to take my order. There was one person in front of me who had already been given his change, and after 14 minutes I was still waiting there. I finally just left. As I pulled away I could see two employees just sitting out back smoking a cigarette. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together guys

20 minutes for any dessert, 30+ minutes for any food. Came here today to order a simply cone only to be at the speaker for 20 minutes and didnt get to order, kept being told one minute please. I understand short staffing is an issue most places as I've worked in fast food but if this is the case it still should not be taking this long. If you don't have enough staff to adequately run the establishment maybe its time to look in to closing it.

Terrible experience. Spent an hour inside total and never got food. Staff was understaffed and you can tell are underpaid. Others wait time was just as bad. I never got my food. They claimed it got mixed up with someone else’s. I took my refund and left. Wasn’t going to wait another 30 mins for food. Sounds like a consistent problem at this establishment.

I stopped ordering food items from this location months ago because my food would always get made wrong, sloppy, or taste really awful. I understand many places are understaffed, but most of the time I come here it's really awful service. So I only order desserts now. I was just at this location and ordered 2 oreo brownie cupfections and was pulled and I waited almost 20 minutes for the 2 desserts only to have them mess those up as well.

This DQ is very dirty. We ordered two blizzards and both of them were made wrong. Made the mistake of going back again. My husband ordered a chocolate crunch blizzard with extra crunch. There was very little crunch in his blizzard yet I paid extra for extra crunch. My Mint Oreo blizzard had no mint. Will not be going back there.

Where is the owner of this store? If you truly cared about your restaurant you would be here trying to fix this place. Sitting home and collecting a check will come to end at some point bc this place has been a disaster for at least a year.
