Reasonable prices on some things and have to watch like anything for others. Know what you want any of they have it over other places makes it perfect for less.

Oof. Rude worker. We are from out of town and forgot a few things for the weekend. We were at the store at 9:45pm and at the register at 9:54pm and they close at 10. The lady was so rude. I understand wanting to be done with your shift, but it’s literally your job to work until close. Thats called customer service. Then for you to tell us that you “legally have to have the doors locked 2 minutes prior to close or the store will get shut down” is ridiculous. I’ve worked many customer service jobs and have never heard of this law. If someone is already in your store, you don’t legally have to lock them inside. That’s absurd. I’m not impressed at all.

Love having our family dollar store back I am there every week to get a lot of my household supplies and drinks for the week the sales make it cheaper then going to the grocery store for those items and I also downloaded the app and I now save even more I highly recommend it still do

Chetek store. Friendly staff. Short staffed. The 2 there look exhausted. Need more employees. Looks like a tornado hit. They doing the best they can. So much product needs to be out and displayed. They can't keep up. The store needs more help. Corporate should be happy with the employees they got. They should be embarrassed by what the store looks like. Hire more people. Your employees look like they need a break and a raise. I felt clostophobic in there. Office people need to go see their stores and take care of them. Hire more people. Another thing, phone number is not working. The building next door owns the whole thing. The leaves need cleaning up. Suggestions...... close store for 2 to 5 days with 10 to 12 people working on it and it would get caught up.

I just stopped in to Family Dollar quick because my girlfriend needed a ride. She picked up a few things she needed and I picked up some air fresheners that I really like and think they Great. Plus I have 2 cats so they are definitely tested.

Didn’t expect them to have what I was looking for. But I have seen garage sales and thrift stores more organized than this... Hopefully they are in the process of becoming organized.

This please is always a mess. Always carts of boxes in the isles. My son is in a wheelchair everyday for 3 days to get ceaser dog food and couldn't get Dow the isle cause cart filled with boxes. I only go there when I have to.
