Absolutely phenomenal customer service. One of my pumps malfunctioned. I called, the phone actually rang and a PERSON answered. She mailed me a new pump, no questions asked, no hassle. Very nice and friendly too. I appreciated it so much. I've bought 5 of the raindrop fountains over the past 10 years, 2 for me, 3 as gifts and would highly recommend to anyone. 4 of them are the stainless steel, and one is the ceramic. I like the stainless the best. Very lightweight and easier to handle to clean. I am happy with this company and the customer service I just received has encouraged me to continue being a return customer. Thank you

Pretty dusty place. Messing up the trailer with white cat litter dust. They have 2 loading docks for live loads. Pretty tight place but not to hard to back up. They kept me waiting from 7 am to 2pm. Once getting a dock they load you fast

This place is not bad to get unloaded just don’t be late even one minute. I give 4 ⭐️ bec I went ther appointment time and nobody was at receiving and other just walk by nobody helps waited 40 min for them to be back from break or whatever

Worst place ive been to in a while, Im picking up a load in a 40ft container. Not sure if its by appointment or not but my dispatch set up an appointment for me to be there at 11am, i got there at 11:50am and its currently 4:00pm and they are still loading me...been here for 4 hours already smh and who knows how much longer they are going to take.

Very slow. They do not do 1 truck at a time, it seems they try to get multiple trucks loaded with the same forklift. They overloaded my truck by 4000lbs

I deliver here all time I would say good luck trying to find someone most the days plus side on surround they throw you some free cat litter I use for my cats because My Kitty cat loves to poop a lot
