Very clean place. Customer service was great they helped my daughter find a great choice. My wife had a blast finding all kinds of stuff to wear. Everyone was so helpful and nice. This is one of my wife's favorite places now to just have great time shopping. We will definitely be stopping in when ever we are in town now. Thanks again.

Disclaimer: I've never been to this particular store location, but I am a silversmith and had a lot of my pieces on consignment at the Boulder, CO location (before it closed). Karen was the owner of it as well, so I figure the review is still applicable.I would advice any local artists NOT to consign at Lillies! First of all, your money will never come on time, sometimes up to 2.5 months late. Also, I had to ask repeatedly to get a list of what sold. Otherwise how could I ever keep track?Biggest problem was when the Boulder store closed though. I came to pick up all my remaining jewelry and made the biggest mistake - I didn't go through each item to make sure everything was returned. When I got home, I realized nearly $200 of inventory was missing and informed them right away. I was told that maybe the inventory got packed away and they will check once everything is shipped to Wisconsin.It is now 3 months later, and Karen no longer responds to e-mails from me.I sent her my spreadsheet to show what was missing, asking them to cross check with their sales info. Karen said she will talk to the previous manager of the store. No response. I e-mailed again, Karen responded saying "not sure what happened". I then reached out 3 more times before getting this: "Well I am not sure what to tell you – I don’t have them in Wisconsin". That was the last time she responded.I was always very kind and responsive to the manager of the Boulder store. But more importantly, I always used my spreadsheet to track every sale, payment, and pickup. For them to turn around and basically say "not our problem" is very insulting. She not once expressed sympathy towards the situation.Long story short - Karen clearly doesn't care about the artists, their consigned work, or running a professional business. Do not consign here!And while at it, if you're a customer, is this the type of business you want to support?

Always been met with a courteous staff. Great selection of clothing and accessories that fit the fair trade mold. Absolutely love their kids toy and accessory collection! Well made pieces that you can feel proud giving to someone and knowing it will last and can be passed down from siblings and friends dn family.

It was an interesting store with various material objects that represent ideas of earth-loving goods and fun gift ideas for anybody who enjoys colorful crafty items. There are items for pets, infants, of course, older individuals, as well. I enjoyed this store and like it's sister store, "Weeds" just down the road.

Cute little gift shop . A little expensive but most of the stuff is worth it and help support a small business. They also have cute stickers and lots of Frida Kahlo stuff . I bough a nice puzzle and two fun stickers for my water bottle . I will definitely be coming back in the summer .

I love the goods at this store but it’s ridiculously expensive (you can get the same brands sold at Lillies on the brands’ website and/or Amazon for cheaper). Additionally, I was very sad when I was told by an employee that the owner doesn’t like kids and doesn’t want them touching ANYTHING. If you don’t want kids touching anything DON’T DISPLAY TOYS OUT OF THEIR BOXES ON THE SHELVES. or don’t have a kid section at all! I wish I could support the business because this store suits my lifestyle but I can’t justify giving money to someone whose such a jerk!

Poorly run business whose interest, it seems, is only to take their customers' money, even when it is a credit.I purchased and returned an item last year, and now wanted to spend the in-store credit. My local store closed last year and put a sign on the door saying "Shop Online". So, that is what I tried to do today--to use my store credit of $52.79. I was informed that I couldn't use it because the store closed and I had 60 days to use the credit. Problem is, no one ever called me to inform me that I had limited time to use it.Shame on you Lillie's, for not honouring a store credit. That is criminal!

I'm a small business owner who works with a lot of local small retailers in Southeast, Wisconsin. I've been working with Lillies for several years and I honestly am excited when I see I have a Lillies delivery on the schedule. This is the type of shop I would have wandered around in for hours in my teenage years- it's a mix of local and global products that I don't see everywhere else. Some of my favorite yoga pants and hoodies have come from Lillies. The ladies working there are incredibly warm and friendly and helpful. I know this comes across as "of course she's praising a shop her products are in", but even if I didn't work with them- I would still make the drive up from Milwaukee to shop here.

It’s really a shame that the people who work here are so rude and impersonal. I’ve been here a few times in the last few months and felt like this after each visit. Unfortunately, they are one of the only spots that had what I was looking for at the time. I’m always happy to shop locally first, but the attitude from the manager needs to go.
