I love going to Johnson's Garden. My favorite place to get my Old World Ornaments. I like how they organize the ornaments in categories on the trees.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Love that they offer gift wrapping. The store is always beautifully decorated.

Great variety and plants all seemed healthy. Staff was friendly and helpful. I moved to the area a year ago and will be doing all of my plant shopping here! Very good prices and most plants you could get a couple of different sizes which is nice.

Their new greenhouses are giant and amazing! Such a selection and really the greatest local plant shop in the area. Very helpful on what types of sun, watering and care you'll need they will help you out.

I’m delighted with all the new additions now that Johnson’s Gardens transitioned to Heyden’s Gardens! The nursery stock has expanded, the new green house is huge and the amount of annuals has dramatically increased! I’ve shopped there for years and I’m so impressed with Jessica and her entire crew! They are helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Heyden’s for all your garden needs!!

Bought a raspberry bush from here. When we bought it, we had a couple questions and the checkout lady said nobody was there that could answer questions. Huh? So we took a chance and bought it for $49.99. Planted it in our beds next to other healthy bushes and it grows super healthy every year. But has not produced a single raspberry. We are on the 3rd season. So we essentially paid $50 for a huge weed. It looks so healthy. We've pruned it down according to their exact instructions but it still won't produce a berry. We asked last year to get a refund as it was less than a year and hadn't produced any. They said no. What kind of nursery can't even give a 1-year warranty on their plants? Especially a $50 one (with the receipt). We won't be returning. We'll take our business to other local nurseries and gardens that warranty their product and have better customer service.

Johnson's Gardens is like family. The staff is always so knowledgeable and kind whenever I stop in. Jess even took the time to explain air plants to my 7-year-old on one of our visits! It is truly a favorite business in our community and I treasure their dedication to quality plants/products and caring for their customers!

Just tried calling about mulch delivery. Crabby older woman answered when I called the phone number listed on their website to call for mulch. '"I'm out in the yard. I'll see if I can transfer in there." wait ... wait ... Comes back on the line, "I don't have pen and paper out here." Hangs up on me. Super great. So considerate. So helpful. So classy. Sheesh.EDIT: Thank you for your reply and explanation. I want to restate that I was hung up on; I did not hang up. Perhaps it was an accident. I understand that things are busy right now. I don't think it's too much to ask that you still be pleasant to your customers and not talk to us as tho we are a bother. If you tell me you're busy, and apologize, I will understand. Likewise, if you apologize for being unable to take my name and number at the moment and ask me nicely to call back, I'm happy to do so. I should hope that in the future, having pen and paper on hand when answering the phone will be protocol.

I go to Johnsons for every lawn and garden item I need. Every time I go I receive outstanding customer service. The people who work at Johnsons seem to genuinely care about the work they do, and go out of their way to help or answer any question I have. Fantastic store I highly recommend.

Every time I go to Johnson's Gardens, the staff there go above and beyond to help me. I told them I wanted to give seeds to some young kids to plant at home (during quarantine) and they decided to donate them to me for free. Another time, I bought a bunch of pots and TWO of the staff helped carry everything out to my car. They definitely have my continued support!

Just had mulch delivered. It was 1/2 of what we had last year, but looked smaller than expected. So we called to confirm the amount purchased and delivered were the same. We were given a very short response of "we measured it, we are correct" It was obvious they really didn't care about our concern, nor wanted to spend any time on the issue. Very disappointing. We won't be buying anything else from them.
