Our Goldendoodle Chai loves his trips to the Flying Fur. He especially loves doggy day care where he gets to play with a great mix of dogs and breeds. I secretly think he likes his grooms and baths too. Hannah, Laura, Kat and Jenny have all taken great care of him! We have also utilized the self-service You Wash. What a great way to get our good boy clean without making a mess in our own bathroom.

I have used FF for boarding many times before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time I went to drop my dog off at 7am (I confirmed twice and I got a confirmation text) and no one showed up. I finally left at 7:40am and had to scramble to find someone to watch my dog as I was extremely late for my flight. No one bothered to call me back after I left several messages. :(

Great Staff, Great Care, Resonably priced, and wonderful communication!I had to board my 5 month old pup for 3 days and I was so incredibly nervous. Nervous he'd be scared, nervous he'd come back naughty, and nervous they wouldn't love him. Boy was I wrong! My pup was so well loved and they even sent me texts and pics to reassure me. He actually came home more well behaved than when he left and he loved his time there! Thank you Flying Fur, we'll be back for doggie daycare!

DO NOT GO here! Under and circumstance. To all my fellow Dog lovers - STAY AWAY from Flying Fur. Go in for a nail trim and end up with an ER VET they returned our dog to us profusely bleeding from her NOSE and having a hard time breathing! They give us her in a towel soaked in blood and say they don't know what happened. Horrifying is all I can say. We took our dog in for a nail trim and was returned to us choking on her blood and unable to breathe! Stay AWAY.

So today was my first time ever taking my dog here, for me it about a 45 minute drive, my dogs groomer Anna used to work at the local pet smart and she is just amazing with my dog, actually she the only person he will behave for during the bath and does not struggle with her when she does his nails either witch is just amazing as other than myself he don't like anyone touching his paws, so she gave him a bath and got all his shedding hair out and trimmed his nails real nice and even brushed his teeth and they now nice and white and clean looking and as always she did just the greatest job anyone could have asked for and both me and my dog left super happy. So I give this place 5 stars and would recommend anyone who has a dog who has anxiety or stress issues or any older dogs that need a gentle hand to go see Anna here as it totally worth it and the prices are really fair. The building is really nice and the 2 girls at the front desk are super nice and very friendly and helpful. Oh they also have a doggy day care program here as well.

I took my Bichon in for a grooming and she came back looking beautiful! I was treated so nicely and really appreciated how courteous they were. I will definitely be a returning customer. I might add that my dog is sixteen but she acted right at home. Thank you Flying Fur!

These girls here are AMAZING with my Huskies. Best hair cut and the dogs seem happy and stress free after the experience unlike a couple other places I have taken them. I would highly recommend Flying Fur, I drive from an hour away and won’t use anyone else.

I took my Husky in for the first time today and was extremely happy with the turn out, I'd say it's the best haircut he has ever had at 6 years old! The staff was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be back again.

They tell me my dogs were ready at 11am but dont call me till 12:35pm. they gave my wife a price over the phone and told me more after. it seemed like they were training someone and the one lady was kinda rude. Over all with the bad customer service they did do a good job cleaning the dogs. As far as the baths go. When it comes to there fur free cleaning as where they brush them. It seemed like they missed one hole back side. I can understand if they were wrestling a little bit to the brushing. But they didn't really tell me how it went so i dont know what they did. I was charged alot of money,and told they were done well before i got a call. So in the end they did a decent job with the dogs as far as there customer service they need some work on it.

Only offering curbside drop off until pandemic eases - no opportunity to wash dog yourself, which i prefer, right now. Not a criticism - it is the right thing to do - offered only as an FYI. Otherwise, staff are cheerful, attentive to pets, well organized and efficient. Recommended.
