My dog was tired from the kennel! They were super kind to my dog and to me. Only bad thing is my dog has separation anxiety and I think got depressed when we left. This was her first time in a kennel but overall I think I will take her back the more she finds out the place isn't so bad. The less scared she may be! Separation anxiety hopefully gets better with her training. Any recommendations to help dogs with separation anxiety on another note let me know.

First time boarding our dogs here. Had our 2 dogs boarded for 7 days in the same run as they are together 24/7. An hour before picking them up I received a phone call from the owner stating that 2 days prior, one of my dogs bit the other one & took a chunk out of her ear. We have never had an issue like this before. Things happen but it is completely unacceptable to me to receive a phone call 2 days after the fact. When I stated this, the owner stated that she "forgot to call" me. I advised that I would be picking them up within the hour. Upon arriving I was greeted by the manager who advised that the owner was not there to speak to me (I would think that she would want to speak with me directly after our phone call). She also advised that the owner told her that she did not want to "ruin our vacation" by calling. Again, they are animals and things happen however the lack of communication & the discontent that seems to be between the manager & the owner will keep me from bringing my dogs back.

I dropped my dog off for 3 days. She is a rescue and I was worried about her reaction to going back to a kennel. I told both the person who took the reservation and when I dropped her off my concerns. When I picked her up, she was scared and didn't want to get out of the kennel even when I called her name. When my dog still didn't come out, the young girl working went to the side of the kennel and tapped the sidewith her foot, making her more scared that she already was.

Great pickup / drop off times twice a day (weekdays). All in one stop boarding, grooming and training. Friendly staff always willing to help, our boxer loves coming here always happy to see them (anything to get out of the apartment they have grass).

I boarded my dog here for a few days while on vacation. I am from out of state and was able to communicate my needs and handle paperwork before arriving. They asked a lot of questions about preferences and took an interest in my fur baby. I would definately choose them again if I was in the area.

Was told the morning of drop off before leaving for vacation that day, they had kennel cough. A call ahead of time informing me would have been nice to make other arrangements. Now have a dog with kennel cough.
