Our 4-year-old Lab/Golden Retriever mix started this summer with bee bites after I hit a wasp nest and his cheek wasn't healing. I got him to see Dr. Wright and he said it was infected so they had to shave it to check it out better. Well, my calm little 95# Rusty was not going to have that. They tried to knock him out. They said it usually works within 5 minutes. Rusty wasn't having it. 20 minutes later he is still trying to hold his head up. The dr. finally said he has to be out enough so let's get started. Rusty still fought a good fight to where they switched razors to get it done faster. He was worried it wasn't the bee stings. By now Rusty is sound asleep so they took blood to see if it was something else and gave us antibiotics. Well, they called with the results of the blood test as soon as they got them. I told them I found another area on his head. He wanted me to come in right away so I did. They couldn't shave him since I cut it with scissors 1st and then used a razor blade. He didn't wine once. I made it in a circle and now he said he thought it could be ringworm so they tested for that. He doesn't like eating his dry dog food but he does like wet dog food. So now we are testing for hypothyroidism. How can that be, he is between 92 & 98 #'s. So that is what it is. Hypothyroidism! Pills for the rest of his life.This clinic has very nice people working here. I am also disabled and went on the floor by Rusty to help calm him. When they were done the female doctor asked if I could use a hand to get up. That was very nice. I would still be there otherwise. As far as billing goes, they are very reasonable unless you have a lot of blood work done. We haven't anything else done yet but he is waiting to get neutered.

My dog was very ill and my current vet was out of office for the week. The emergency vet in Appleton told me I couldn’t come until after 4pm and I would still probably have to wait hours to be seen. Wright Veterinary Services was able to squeeze me in same day for an urgent care visit. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me the answers I needed. Would recommend this vet to anyone who was looking for quality care for their pet.

They were very kind and understanding.They are compassionate.They explained the steps of euthanasia first and gave my son time with our dog/his dog to say he was ready to let things proceed. Then they gave us all the privacy and time with our baby Bear that my son needed for the final goodbye. They gave him room for acceptance.

Their compassion for pets and their owners is amazing. Last week we needed to put our 15 year-old dog to sleep. It was one of the hardest thing we’ve done. They treated us like family and I would recommend them to anyone.

No compassion! Brought in my dog with a serious injury and they said they were too busy! Only asked for one minute of their time to just look, so I knew what to do!! Nope!! They couldn't have cared less! Went to another vet clinic that was close by, , who were also booked, and they took the minute to look at the injury, and knew it needed immediate attention. They took him, kept him comfortable and calm until they could attend to him. He needed to be stitched on the inside and stapled on the outer layer. Thank goodness for a Veterinarian that actually cared.

They are the best! We went there, without an appointment, 15 minutes before they were due to open. We got right in and they immediately looked at our very sick dog. Both Dr. Wright and a lady took very good care of us and handled a very, very terrible time for us as we had to put our little dog to sleep.

I wouldn't recommend using their services. My satisfaction has decreased within the last 3 or 4 visits. Simple prepping procedures seem to be complicated for them to even accomplish and they still charge you when they cannot complete due to their incompetence, while making excuses steering away from the blame. Not very organized. Revenue (though important) seems to be their number one focus and that doesn't sit well with me at all. I'm not rich.... Went somewhere else the very same day. Was able to get it all done and they were inquisitive of who we initially went to and why they had a hard time fulfilling the procedure. All the while, finding out that they are charging 4 times the amount

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was in for an appointment 6 months prior with my dog. Received yearly shots, and purchased Simparica for flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Upon leaving, I asked to setup an appointment in 6 months for Simparica again. The young male stated he was TOO busy at the moment(after he literally just finished up my appointment). He took my name, number and said he would setup an appt and call me within 24 hours. 7 Months later, still no call, received a letter in the mail today, stating OVERDUE for shots and simparica. I called then, no information about letter, no appointment set on the books. Lady had nothing to say on the phone. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. TREAT YOU LIKE JUST ANOTHER NUMBER. COLLECT PAYMENT AND MOVE ON. DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL OR ANYTHING BESIDES MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW, Services were VERY EXPENSIVE TOO. Rear-end Gland Cleaning....$59.99?????? When the groomer does it for $10.00.

My beautiful cat Trixie had gotten very ill over the past couple months. She detearated very quickly. She took a turn for the worse on July 5th. I knew she was dying. I couldn't stand to see her suffer, so I contacted the Wright Veterinary Clinic to see if they would be able to help. I explained my situation, they were more than willing to help me. They were very understanding and helped me ease Trixie's suffering. I recently received a sympathy card from them. That gesture meant more than words can say.

I had to get in to see someone as my dog was in pain and limping. My vet could not get me in. Dr Wright was willing to stay after hours to see my dog. Dr Wright and his staff took their time with us, were very kind, pleasant, and professional. I loved them so much I am switching vets ☺ Thank you!

We had our puppy spayed here. This clinic is amazing and even saw us ASAP when we thought our pup opened her incision! They understood our concern and explained everything in detail. Did so in such a way that we actually understood what they meant instead of having to try and figure out Veterinarian lingo. They did such a wonderful job and are extremely professional, but also personal! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked!!

Would not recommend. Took my dog in 2months back as she wasn't eating they looked here over ran a few tests and sent us on our way with some antibiotics (not a problem good visit.)Today I call and tell them that I desperately need to get my dog in and without even asking any questions the gentleman on the phone tells me they are booked up for the whole week! Because of this pure lack of compation for a animal in need I would never recommend this place. Took my dog to lomira today where she sadly died while we were checking in. It's believed that she died from a mass on her spleen that ruptured and bled out internaly.. maybe this could have been caught 2mo ago if they would of done more testing.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They're very compassionate and excellent at their job. I've had numerous exceptional experiences with them. After the unfortunate death of my senior cat Kenna, they actually made a donation to (I believe it was something like this) the UW-Madison Veterinary college animal fund in Kenna's name. Another time with the cast I have now, I took her in once for an eye issue my cat had, and a few days after that visit, one of the staff members there actually called me to follow-up and see how she is doing. I have since moved a bit farther away from their office, and there are several vet clinics that are closer to me, but I will gladly travel the extra bit to go to Wright Veterinary Services clinic in Campbellsport.
