First time visit a week ago. Love the idea of pet washing stations, including the options to use or pay for professional work. Another aspect is all the product they carry, to me seems like they have taken the time to carefully choose the "right stuff". Got a couple things for the pup to support local business. We will definitely be back. Already started recommending it to people in the Lake Eau Claire area. Staff/owner were great to. Thanks for a good experience.

I love that store. From the first time the owner opened it she's a very kind nice woman and very giving in situations. There's been times when not having any money she gave free free cat food out to the community very much appreciated wonderful place good deals very friendly.staff.

An average pet store. Prices slightly cheaper than Eau Claire. Employee was kind. Parking and entry was confusing for a first time visitor. Entry is on the side of the building not the front door.

Awesome place with attentive owner/staff newly installed professional grade bathing stations include soap and towels in a secure area for you and your 4 legged friend!!

The lady there was super nice they have some really funny animal foods like beef broth in a soda can for dogs and chocolate looking car food that is tuba flavored bite but or something like that. They have good deals and sales at low prices and are open most days.
