Nice and relaxing place to stay.Bathrooms do not accommodate a hair dryer though. The door to the outside could use a deadbolt for safety. The shower in our unit could use an update And it would’ve been nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom and some hand soap for the kitchen.Would definitely stay here again!

We booked too close to July 4, only to find everywhere near Hayward was full. We took a chance on Telemark and enjoyed our stay. Telemark has a long history and been through wrenching changes, but it's a pleasant place to stay now - and is renovating in its current identity as vacation condos. Furnishings were entirely adequate, everything was clean and in working order.It's a long way out into the countryside, but Cable's close enough. Stop at Rondeau's for groceries on your way in. If anyone in your party has issues with stairs, bring it up when setting up reservations.

Fantastic stay all around, I stayed here for 6 months two summers in a row during the construction assignment I was managing. They allow large groups and four wheeling, hiking, and pretty much tell people to treat it like their home, however it was always quiet inside my room, I’m very picky about noise and this place I had no complaints. The staff are very easy to work with and attentive to your needs, they give the impression they WANT to satisfy everything about your stay no matter how small or large the requests are. They didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile and contact the local internet provider with my wifi concerns (ended up working that out too).I can’t say enough good things about this place and will definitely recommend.

The Telemark Condos are clean quiet condos of varying size and amenities. My wife and I have stayed in the Telemark Condos for the last several years. We have stayed in small one bedroom units and large units with washer dryers and whirlpool tubs. The one thing all units have in common is that they are always clean and well maintained. The units are close to the CAMBA trail system and MTB rides of any length can be begun right from your unit. Over the years the management team has always been willing to help with whatever is needed. When a hot water issue arose in our unit the after hours phone number was able to connect us with a human voice that provided a repairman at 9pm on a Sunday evening. A unforeseen medical issue that required us to modify our reservation recently was meet with sympathy and management did what they could to help. While these units are slightly dated you can always expect a clean comfortable stay.

Have stayed here for 3 years now and will go back again next summer. Good and clean units with helpful and friendly staff. The town of Cable is adorable and while there could be more amenities at the condos, you cant beat the price for the size and views of the units.

Neat setting. In the middle of the woods in the middle of no where. Big condofor one bedroom.. Bed was comfortable. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and warn out. It had a large 2 person jacuzzi tub and screened in patio. Temperature of heat was difficult to maintain with individual heat register and controls in each room. Fireplace was nice. Overqll it was a neat place to stay and the setting was beautiful. I would stay again.

Very outdated furnishings. Walls and floors are thin so you can hear neighbors. Great for hiking, biking, atvs. Not much else in the immediate area unless you go to Bayfield or Ashland. Just not anywhere near the quality expected of timeshare condos.

Very interesting area. There was an abandoned ski hill and abandoned lodge. There was a lot of rustic items around. The condominiums looked to be in great shape though. This are is only lacking a lake.

Nice rooms however they are dated but everything works. The location is under construction however the disc golf course is still operational and not a terrible course with some interesting holes.

On the last trip, I finally learned the history of this awesome place. Over the years since visiting as a young kid, and then againg in highschool, to the most recent visit in(8years) Feb 2017, I never learend the whole story. But this year after recieving the telmark book from the woman running the condos. I was able to really get a good grasp on the timeline of events and feel like I was there with Tony through it all. Including the multiple owners after and the ultimate resault as the tv show Hotel Impossible made really obvious after knowing everything I had before watching it. So sad to say it was not going to work unless the perfect acquiring of guests was done and catering to specific markets that were hard to predict would grow that this area could support, Or maybe there is still more to the story. I think its a bad location for how it was always tried to be run. But who am I to say. As for the condos they are fine stayed in 3 diffrent buildings over the years always been kept up well and nothing was out of order. I'm just another one of those kids that grew up wanting telemark to always be there so I could take my kids there someday but now I've already been there without it to late for my future kids. To bad even the burki was cancelled first time ever this year from lack of snow.

It's a great place, the bathrooms are nicely done, and it includes all the necessary kitchen appliances (e.g. fridge, sink, microwave etc.) It even has a ski closet to store equipment!

7th year coming up for the Cheq 40 and first year staying at the Cheq Condos. These are excellent, clean, quiet, staff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back.
