I found this office after I wasn't happy with my other vet. Been going here fir about 14 years. Had my 2nd. dog operated on here and every check up for the past 12 years. Top notch vet and office personnel are very friendly.

Warm friendly professional local animal hospital!! Took my pets here over 20 years ago and is still the wonderful place I remember ‼️ Couldn't ask for better care ‼️Our pets are getting into their golden years which brings some heart 💜 wrenching decisions ‼️ We had to part with one of them several weeks ago and today we got some more bad news on another two. Dr.Rick has a great deal of compassion and addresses these hard times as if they were his own pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else ‼️

I had to take my kitty into the vet she had to go on antibiotics she is ok now. Dr reuter my vet he is a very nice informative person. He is very kind and gentle and very honest. His secretaries are all very nice and outgoing too

Have been going to the butler animal hospital for over 10 years with my cats, but my parents have been taking their large dogs there for over 20! Dr Rueter is a very knowledable and great vet and the staff is very helpful and extremely nice. All of that and they are very reasonably priced! They don't charge an arm and a leg for state of the art equipment that you will probably never need, but if you do, there are plenty of places out there that have those machines and prices, but very few like the Butler Animal Hospital.

We have taken our dogs here as long as I can remember. Dr. Reuter is great and treats each pet at though they were his own. He never rushes us and I always feel like I'm getting the very best care for the very best cost.

This is a great place to bring your pets. All of the staff love your animal as much as you do. They treat you and your pet like family. Very knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. We love Dr Rick.

Very affordable veterinary care. I would highly recommend Dr. Reuter, he answers all questions with knowledgeable answers. You do not need to accept a test or shot without an explanation, he will give one. We are verypleased with his care, we have one dog and one cat at this time. Both are treated well.

Most definitely driven by money. Every facet from the waiting room to the examination rooms to the "welcome bags" is one huge marketing push. They WILL offer and suggest services without bringing up cost and itemize you to death. Your pet is a means to an end.
