I came in looking to purchase a bike for my child and we were very interested in one but the wheels were flat. I wanted to be sure the wheels were functioning properly before making the purchase. Erik and the team member working in sporting goods managed to find a bike pump and pump the tires to ensure the tires were in working order. It has almost become rare that customer service at this level is provided and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this extra care they provided me and my kids. Thank you so much today Walmart team members.

WM+ delivery order with minimal items. Ordered cat food that I can’t get anywhere else- none delivered. Driver blames WM for not staging two orders in his vehicle correctly.You can’t read the labels??? You have some responsibility with this delivery, too.Also had milk in my order and noticed that is missing.All things refunded but that is NOT the point. “Anybody Joe” can pick these items and load them in cars without paying attention?? And then the driver can just shrug off his laziness. No where to turn except a refund(which I did get) - thanks but I ordered things I needed not things I was trying to see if it would be delivered properly. Attention to detail on both ends is crucial. I just don’t u destined the laziness of society today. Incredible!

Waited over an hour for our grocery pickup.Watched other people park, get their stuff, leave - rinse and repeat.This is after they canceled our pickup the night before. And after they delayed the pickup for today.When I called to see what’s going on, the phone rang and rang.I called the store operator and they wanted to transfer me to the same department. After saying no I don’t want to be transferred, I was told they were “just very behind”. Not sure how that works when we’ve seen multiple people come and go with their stuff.It’s obvious they didn’t see our check in notification (Walmart Customer Care confirmed everything was done correctly on our end and our check in time reflected what I said). Then they were trying to cover their mistakes with excuses. Unacceptable all around, they seem to need better leadership.

Burlington Walmart needs to stop doing online pick up orders. There is 8 cars lined up just waiting and zero orders prepared. I literally put in my order this morning at 8 and it's 4:00 pm. So now what, I go back home? And come back in another hour 15 minutes away? I would've just went myself and did the shopping.

We have done pick up orders for the last couple months at this Walmart. You’d think that we would learn our lesson by now. But, today, we’re done. I told the app that we arrived at 4:24p. After 25 minutes we called. They said that they saw us there but the “app” only said we were there for 7 minutes. Our order finally came out at 5:08p. That is absolutely ridiculous and should never take that long. On top of that I placed the order at 11:00a and they were out of whole chickens by the time they pulled my order. Which I find makes no sense seeing as they have coolers they can keep pick up orders in. We are done with pick up orders here and possibly done with this Walmart.

Don't go after we have snow. The worst parking lot plow and salt job I've seen in 57 years. I have a 1 ton wheel drive and I had problems making it thru. I didn't even shop. I spent an hour helping older folks get the groceries to their vehicles. There was 6 inches of rutted ice left over the entire lot. Cars were sliding out of control everywhere and no one was driving unreasonably. I was angry when I left there. Does not make me want to go back. So unprofessional Walmart. Very disappointed. And as a comparison, menards and all the other lots where reasonably cleaned out considering the snow we got.

Went early in the morning ans shelves where not stocked. 1/3 of what we needed we didn't get. Then no checkers where there except the self checkout. My wife did that as I don't work for Walmart. If it was up to me I wouldn't shop here.

All was good not busy able to check out with a cashier this time. Still good on more visits.I was able to get a cashier but only 2 lines open. It seems they want the customers to work for free checking out their own purchases.

For the first time with Walmart ordering online for store delivery is delayed another giving me a straight reason but chatting with a agent they said a driver was assigned and it has a delivery time of any time up till 8pm now mind you musmy man placed the order and need it by the time came home so I wanted them to explain so I know what to say to him and not getting a forward answer Walmart cared and really did provide customer service like a companies used to be I see like every company got lazy and slick like self check out are more ofc then cashier check outs and not giving straight answers being lazy period. And offer something for your wait or experience like it should be. You push loyal customer away like me who's also a Walmart plus member and go out of business And if I do self check out I want dome kind of dis count for doing Walmart job they were doing when they first opened when they had no self check out then wondering why they have to close stores cause ofstealing you make it to and employeesnot really looking the purchased items basically not doing their jobs

Almost every time I use the app for grocery pickup there's an issue. I can order everything fine and they charge me. The app boots me out or doesn't register that I there to pickup my groceries. I wait no less than 30 minutes after parking. The reps delivering are kind and doing their best, but can't keep up when there are 15 cars and only one person delivering. I will just have to pickup at another store.

This has always been a good store. NO MORE...WOW. service is GONE. Checkout line were 30 deep! YES that bad! Management told me there were 40 employees called in sick. The few there didnt care to help anyone. That only comes from BAD management.

This Walmart seems to have it all. Conveniently located, GREAT pharmacy, good parking, and all services available. BUT, since I moved here about 7 years ago, the condition of this store has deteriorated significantly. It used to be clean and well-stocked. Now it is just the opposite. Nothing that can't be remedied. Walmart, get back on the job. And no, I don't want to hear that you can't hire enough staff. Pay more and they will come.

Burlington Walmart is always a pleasure to shop at. The nice man who is usually greeting at the door is very kind. I came specifically to get an air fryer that it said they had in stock on the app. I couldn't find it, so I asked a woman who was stocking in that aisle and she informed me those had sold out on Black Friday, and she wasn't sure why it still shows in stock, but she was able to point me to a comparable item. She was very helpful and pleasant. They had everything else I came for. I took one star off because the lady at customer service was a little rude. I needed to return a couple boxes of cat food I had purchased for a cat we were going to adopt and it fell through, so I didn't want that money to go to waste. She asked why I was returning cat food, and I told her, and she said 'well, we can't resell this, but alright' with an attitude. Why they can't resell unopened canned cat food is beyond me, but regardless, she acted as if it was coming out of her paycheck. Her and another associate did spend quite awhile trying to help an old lady who was clearly being scammed into sending someone a credit card in her name, so that was nice of them. Overall, this is a good store. Pleasant workers for the most part, and shelves are usually well-stocked and aisles clear even with the craziness of holiday shopping.

Walmart is convenient For that I will give them a 3 star. Quality is just not there And I have noticed and heard a lot of complaint you stack things too high In your grocery area People can't reach certain products and especially bottles of water For some reason you have them over 6' high and 5' back. How do you expect somebody to reach that? I think if Walmart wants to stay a top competitor. You need to start thinking more of the consumer point of view.

Great store with friendly employees in every area of the store. Had a wonderful experience with their Automotive Service Center. This is one of the best Walmarts in Southeastern Wisconsin

Kinda hilarious that some of you think cashiers get paid 15$ an hour. Its actually 11$. When you get employed at walmart, your position is your only position. Chashiers do cashier work, stockers stock, cart pushers push carts. Expecting a stocker or a cart pusher to check you out is just hilarious. Its like thinking the CEO of a company should do janitor work. Doing cashier work is the most commendable job. No one wants to deal with entitles customers. The amount of harassment cashiers have gotten over the history of their existence is astounding. Check your entitlement before complaining about self checkout. Its faster and more convenient than having someone do it for you. The times where you only self checkout with a few things are in the past. You can do it in 3 mins with a full cart without being an inconvenience to others.

As I have stated in a previous post, They always have what I need at this walmart easily accessible. But there's a greeter issue and a young man that doesn't speak that you cant see his face issue. If you can ignore those things feel free to do your shopping at ease.

Always fast, courteous and reliable for check cashing at this location, no matter the time of day. They have reorientated the store. Only issue, is some unkind staff. One guy even will try to get you to cone fight him in store.
