The people are nice and helpful. Do not go to this pharmacy. They constantly tell you they have your medication then you get there and you have to wait 3 days to get it. My 81 yr old mother has to wait 3 days if it comes in for her medication. Thats dangerous. If anything happens to her. I'm gettinga lawyer. . I am switching as soon as I can.

Just stopped to pick up omneprezal. They sell 42 cnt generic for 23.98 and Walmart is 14.99. Now I remember why I don't shop here ever.

THE WORST PHARMACY TO EXIST. LIARS. The techs don’t seem to know much and told me my manufacturer doesn’t exist anymore and there’s no way for me to get the brand I needed. I then went to Lake Geneva pharmacy where I was informed that my manufacture and medication is fully in stock and available. It seems as though the techs are too lazy to re order peoples prescriptions or Walgreens is trying to cut corners to save money. Either way I was lied to about my prescription that I’ve been on for 6 years.

Staff annoyed by customers. Understand it’s the holidays and it gets busy, maybe choose a different profession than customer service. Also, think about getting carts that fit infant car seats if the associates are going to be upset that you set the seat on the floor to look at product and ask you you to pick it up and move it 3x.

Over the last year the quality of service has went from a AAA to a -FFFFF. They have taken on more services within the community due to a recent closing of another Pharmacy. Staff for the most part are very friendly, however recently I had one of there frontend people lie to me regarding a release date on the medication that I had been waiting two days for. Don't these people understand that most patients can look this information up!I hope the Burlington Wisconsin pharmacy can get their act together or they may loose a 100k customer per year.

Went to go check out and no one was there so we waited a minute after we called out. No one said “One minute” or “Coming”. One girl was restocking the shelves and im guessing she knew we were there because we walked right next to her to the counter. After she was done stocking she proceeded to start using her phone. and when we finally asked again she came over with a awful attitude like we were interrupting her texting. If i did that at my job I would've been fired right then and there. Awful customer service

I stopped at the pharmacy as I had received a call that my prescription was ready for pick up. When I approached the gentleman at the pharmacy counter and told him I was there to pick up, he seemed irritated right away. After taking my information and stating that nothing was coming up I asked him if he was able to look up and at least give me the status of it or any additional information on it. He got even more irritated and rude and being of no help whatsoever. He did not have any people waiting behind me, which is I don’t understand why he was not able to help me out. Only bad experience at this location but enough to not want to use them in the future.

Update October 2, 2022 - Just had my COVID Booster administered by Autumn. She was frriendly, professional and welcoming. This pharmacy has the best employees. Thank you.I have always liked Walgreen’s, but this particular Walgreen’s is my very favorite. It’s a busy time for pharmacies with filling prescriptions, giving advice, answering phones, and administering COVID-19 vaccines. I was 3rd in line to receive my vaccine. While waiting, I watched an interaction at the counter. An elderly couple came for their vaccine. They were being helped by Charis (I asked her her name on my way out). Charis, at the very hectic window, was so patient, professional, kind and helpful. She displayed a wonderful disposition and attitude at a very busy time. She was scurrying around in the back, making sure things were just right. Her above and beyond attitude didn’t go unnoticed. Watching her made my time go by with gratitude and being thankful that there are wonderful human beings in this world who genuinely do want to help. Kudos and thank you, Charis. You made my day at Walgreen’s pharmacy a little brighter. A big shout out to Annette, the pharmacy tech who administered my vaccine. Annette was also professional, patient and kind. A great experience and I’m looking forward to my second vaccine dose in 4 weeks.

I came in early in the morning to buy some in home Covid tests. I went to the pharmacy and was told to check Walmart as both the Burlington and Waterford Walgreens had zero. Totally understandable as they cannot control the supply chain. As I was walking to the door, a male pharmacist comes running with a box in hand. He told me he saw it in back as I was walking away. They are busy people and he did not have to go out of his way to get it to me. I wish I had got his name because I really appreciate his helpfulness. Most people would not have run across the store to help me. So for this, thank you!

Scheduled a covid test on line only to wait 40 minutes in drive thru line. Signed up for 24 hour results and was told would take 3 to 4 days after taking the test. I called to speak with manager and like everything else it's the laboratory that does that and we can't change the test. I know retail is hard and the employees are probably fed up but if you work there you represent what you advertise and if you cannot do the testing than dont. At least let customers know before coming how long they have to wait and as a manager you could try to be helpful otherwise get another job. So many right now. The cashier is a PLUS though. That's the 1 star

12/12/21 - By far the rudest unfriendly and lazy staff at any Walgreens.I frequently use photo for FedEx and pictures (obviously).Today I had dropped a box off and asked the young man, light hair if I could pay for belongings here (as I always do) and he said no they (one overwhelmed older lady) can help you over there in that line. He turned around and continued with a Conversation with another store associate who was doing nothing. I believe I saw 5 people there, one busy with inventory and one overwhelmed at the register, one walking aimlessly and the 2 at photo doing absolutely nothing but talking refusing service and ignoring taking initiative to help at checkout with the line of people.What a joke. Not one said hello, have a nice day, I was scorned at checkout to move my stuff away from the useless plastic dividers that certainly stop that spread.Walgreens is a last resort as their double and sometimes triple everywhere else you’d figure at that tax they’d treat you like customer and not a nuisance.5 stars down, stay the heck away.

stopped at my hometown walgreens just passing through to get some snacks, had Ann Marie as a cashier she was wearing a black choker, she kept making highly rude comments about smelling and what we got as well as tried uploading money to my cashapp and they “can’t do it here” i guess ?? definitely a very annoying time. can not believe she would just say those things like keep it to ur self. like smells like some rude people workers in there huh ann marie

The pharmacy manager and store manager do not seem to care at all about the quality of how the call center talks to customer.And when calling the local store, how is someone to know if they are speaking to the call center?They don't say that it's the call center or if you actually got the local store.

The Burlington Wisconsin Walgreens is the best Walgreens I have ever shopped. I cannot say enough about the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy gives the best service and will help you with anything that you need no matter how busy they are they never rush you away.

Walgreens is my go to store I'm at one location at least 3-4 times a week I find it very convenient and I can get almost everything here even some groceries although I use it for prescriptions, hygiene products, makeup, and snacks mostly but I can also get tape super glue hangers and other useful household items it's quick and easy
