Great store.. Very helpful staff. I called from 45 mins away, they were able to help me locate the item I was looking for, Held the item and had it ready when I arrived. Very satisfied with my experience. Not to mention, store was extremely clean and well stocked.

I love this store. I picked up 2 led license plate illuminators and some connectors. The staff is friendly and they have a great inventory of items.Stopped in again for some Grade 8 fasteners and they have a great selection in stock.Stopped by for a box fan, filler neck on a diesel can and a pack of 3 sided OXY Acetylene sparker replacement....... they had everything in stock and at fair prices. 👍

(Very qualified future employee) Very dissatisfied in the lack of follow through. 6 weeks ago today, I had my interview. On Tuesday following my interview, I revisted (kim) in person. I told her my situation had changed and I could fulfill the needs of the position. She told me she had not even taken a chance to review any of the other applications. And everything I have to offer was great. She promised me she would contact me within the week. After that week of not hearing from her, I left messages for her. (No response)2 weeks in a row. After no success of trying to reach anyone at TSC. I called another store. They relayed the message to Amy (district manager). I understand why they wouldn't give me her information, so I waited on a call back. I missed her call and she left me a message. TSC has an apparent problem of not wanting to be gotten a hold of. She wanted me to recall the store and leave her another message on which store I was applying for. I'm sure as an employee you want customer service and a fast response. However, you choose not to do so yourself. I questioned why she couldn't find that information in the system. Am I no longer in the system, or is it laziness? And why no direct contact? I appreciate the return call but have no interest in playing phone tag. I shop and use 90% of the products, can drive tow motor fork truck, can fill propane, load and unload trucks. Work (occasionall) evenings, and (occasionall) weekends, for a store suffering from lack of employees 6 weeks with no follow through?

Courtney was super helpful when I walked in. She told me exactly where I needed to go. I meandered around and forgot where I was supposed to go and the very nice manager showed me where the product I needed was. Awesome customer experience. Being a city slicker I thought I would be a fish out of water. So not the case. I will definitely be back! Can't say enough nice things. :)

Tractor Supply has super helpful people. Some not to helpful but, my hubby bought a big item. Had 4 employees help load into our truck. One employee told us we could not lay it down. Well, two other employees took time to check web site and call the company. Awesome!! It made it in the truck and we got home safely. If I could remember the guys names I would do a shout out!! We will be back if we ever need the big item again. Thank you guys

A good supply of farm related products. A limited variety of anything other than farm related items. Prices on many things are higher than average in my opinion. But that being said, they serve a purpose and have good supply of farming stuff and pet supplies as well.

Very little inventory compared to 2 other Tractor Supply stores i have been to. A lot of worthless clearance items with no prices marked.The 5.99 bin and 9.99 bins were barely there.Though the inventory was limited, and prices seemed high, THE employees were very helpful, and polite.

Do not use their layaway services, you won't get what you pay for.i bought my daughter a rabbit hutch with a cubby for the rabbit and ended up with a basic wire hutch that looked like it had been outside for months. when i asked for the correct one they told me i had the correct one and it was discounted originally due to its condition??? then offered another new one that was still not the original purchased item or my money back. i now have a very upset child!

Prices are high on a lot of items. But there are little items, that are spot on for price, that make the shopping experience better. Availability is not good, but if your willing not to be particular, Sometimes the customer can succeed.

The last time I went to tractor supply there was no one at the checkout. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the checkout person to finish stocking shelves. She wasn't really even looking to see if anyone was at the counter waiting to be checked out. I really don't understand why they don't have check out people constantly at the checkout so that no one has to wait.I'm thinking I may not go back there for dog food I will find a place that will deliver it to me perhaps on Amazon.

Great place to find a variety of things from clothes to farm and yard supplies. Amber and the rest of the store crew do an awesome job keeping the store clean and stocked. The sales staff is very friendly

Have been purchasing dog food from tractor supply for almost a year. When I purchased my second bag, the store gave me a punch card to get one free after I buy 10 bags. I went to buy my 10th bag today and get one free and the store says they no longer will honor the punch card. No warning, terrible service. I can see discontinuing the deal, but to not honor it after I have been doing it for a year!!! Do not trust any deals they say they will give you.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great variety of small engine, lawn tractor filters, spark plugs. Fairly good automotive chemicals section, too. Not just farm stuff.

Since TSC would not publish my review of their generic bird seed on the TSC website, I will post my review here. Do not buy their $5 a bag cheap bird seed. You get what you pay for it's true. It's very poor quality. Pay a few dollars more and get good seed for your bird friends. I have no other complaints and like going to the Burlington TSC for unusual items. I should have known you get what you pay for.

Phenomenal!!! Amber is a true professional - knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. Plus the selection... oh, the selection!!! Drove an hour to get here and it was totally worth it.
