This place has nearly everything! Really a one-stop visit for most projects. Has the feel of an old-time hardware store where you can get whatever you need. Also has a UPS drop-off counter. Well maintained location with a friendly staff.

I had an emergency with my electric bike. I had to stop at Reineman’s to hopefully get a new bolt that fastens my rear rack and fender to the frame of my bike. I had lost the bolt and was using a different bolt from a separate spot on the bike. I had also stripped the threads in the frame. So I had to tape the best I could to make it to Reinemans. I didn’t get any names, but everyone was very helpful. I was going in and out, trying to find the right bolt the right size and to be able to re-tap the threads in the frame so the bolt will hold. I only spent less than five dollars but was there for more than an hour getting helped and wanted to make sure that the entire staff got the credit they deserved for helping someone in need! Thank you so much!

It's a place with a "small town" feel to it. The employees are very helpful almost to the point of being too helpful. I was there for 15 minutes and I had 5 or 6 employees approach me to see if I needed help. Even when I was in the middle of a conversation with a friend I ran into there. I didn't end up buying what I went there for either, I found most of the prices to be a bit on the high side. Plus it looked like some of the products have been sitting on their shelves for quite a while as they were covered in a layer of dust.

Nice, local hardware store. Sure, it's not huge like Menards, but when you're in the middle of a project and you don't want to go across town, these guys are right downtown and have what you need. They also have a rental center, UPS dropoff and things like window screen repair and blade sharpening. There's unique household items as well that make excellent gifts. We're so lucky to have them in our town.

A true all-round hardware store. Every time I shop, I always leave with exactly what I came in for. Sometimes, obscure items or hardware, but Reinemans always has it in stock. The sales staff is always helpful as well as knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service. It's really important to have good sales people in a hardware store. Reinemans knows this. They had plenty of sales people on the floor (even at 9:30AM) and they were all aware of their surroundings, engaged with their work. The person helping me remembered exactly what I had called about 2 days before and knew exactly where to find the product. I noticed they have a good, well organized selection of home/hardware goods. They also have a well stocked rental service. Highly recommend.

My go to place. Pets, fishing, hunting, guns, nuts, bolts etc. They carry Stihl. They have a good rental department and they service small equipment/machines. The people are fantastic and knowledgeable. You're in and out fast too.Support this place. It's a gem.

They have everything you can't find at home depot or Menards.Their very helpful with helping you decide what you need for a project. Explain your project that you need a "thingamajigger" for and they will make sure you leave with the right "thingamajigger" for your project.

Far better than going to big box stores. Their employees are knowledgeable and helpful as well as visible. Try going to Menards or Home Depot and asking for help. It's like finding a needle in a haystack.

I can remember tagging along with my dad to Reinmans when I was just a kid. I will never forget the wood floor gently squeaking and creaking while walking through the store. And I will never forget how great the service was . Dad always got what he needed and the staff made sure he found it .Customer service was really great then just as it is now. ...top shelf great. Always helpful, and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with !

I have been coming here for years, I love this place. It is a great quick hardware store. They also have a great pet selection, equipment rentals, guns, bows, and paint. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I suggest you check it out sometime.

Forgot my mask ... Got a gardening spade & a medium paint brush. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. Has the good small town appeal. I hope that they stay here in Burlington & not be forced to go out of business because of Walmart or Menard's.
