I wish they were better at keeping up with the produce and floral area. My poor husband was seet enough to pay for a full price 12.00 bouquet that is mostly dead. The floral department should be just as good and dedicated with keeping up with their products freshness if theyre going to charge as much as they do. The picture doesnt really do it justice and this is after the handful of dead that fell out before clipping and adding to the vase.

Was at this store today shopping with my Mom. For context I was only in there for about 5 minutes looking for Hot Wheel end caps, and waiting in my car for about 30 minutes for my mom to come outside the store. As my mom was coming out of the store a police officer approached my vehicle saying the store called the cops on me for “suspicious person” under the accusation that I was “stealing alcohol.” I’ve never had the cops called on me in my life and this really scared me. Obviously nothing came of the situation because I wasn’t shoplifting. Logically if someone was stealing wouldn’t they leave as soon as they finished stealing and not wait in their car for 30 minutes. I’m 26 and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened in my life. I would highly recommend NEVER COME TO THIS STORE if you don’t want the chance of the cops being called on you.

This particular pick n save is absolutely disgusting and under very poor management! The floors are dirty and the backrooms look even worse. If customers knew how unclean and unsanitary the back of the store was, they would never buy food from here. When mentioning my concerns to the SM (Kimberly), she had nothing reassuring or even remotely intelligent to say. I don’t think she could tell left from right for a million dollars. Just very disgusted and disappointed because I expect better from Kroger/Roundy’s companies.

Usually ok, this time. This past Sunday, I bought roast beef from the deli, it was a new package of roast beef they had to open. Opened the 1lb package for the first time today Tuesday, and it smelled off and was streaked in green lines. Either the slicer was not properly cleaned or the ham that was on the slicer before the roast beef was bad and contaminated the roast beef. Never going back to this location.

pick and save had many good deals and sale prices ;but even with the sales and such,I feel I spent too much for my 1 cart of groceries.also if they are adding 4 more self check registers to the 6 they have there already..I hope we don't lose actual cashiers with registers with conveyors..ill be dammed of I'm gonna start packing my own groceries(I have done this a number if times there,cuz they didn't have enough people working there)when I drop 4 or 500$ for my food items..I don't know what is happening to the system;it seems we're all getting screwed when we shop

Today, I shopped at Pick ‘n Save in Burlington. While checking out, an item wasn’t scanning. The cashier called for help from the front desk. Meaghan (sp) came over to help. As she tried to scan the item, hands all over the package, I noticed her mask was below her nose. Her face was less than 2 feet from the food. How can grocery store personnel not understand how to follow the CDC guidelines for safety? I did stop on my way out to voice my concern but I really don’t think they cared. The other employees were all wearing masks correctly. She can learn from them. I will shop at Pick ‘n Save in the future but I will pass on any item that may need assistance from the desk. Shame on Pick ‘n Save and shame on Meaghan. Correct mask placement and proper education protects us all. We’ve had a year to learn these guidelines. Please have your non- complying employees mask up over the mouth and nose!Update 8-25-2021. I went to pick up a prescription today. The pharmacy staff is a “10” in my eyes. Strolled over to the produce area and was shocked. Old and outdated. This is not what is boasted as being the best ever produce in their commercials. I guess that’s why they use animation and not the real people or produce in their commercials. Such a disappointment. Pick’n Save. You have to get it together!

Only shop at this store as the next best is even worse. Their produce is mediocre at best. Lettuce selection is always near-date, veggies are usually old and wrinkly, and bananas are always overripe or green and rot by the time they turn yellow at home. I also can't count how many times I've found mold in the strawberry packages I've just purchased. Today I waited for about 20 minutes for deli lunch meat. The employee was overwhelmed and no one behind the counter would assist her. Overall, I never have a great experience at this store.

Holly in the Deli is fantastic! We stopped to get some things to make sandwiches for a trip. Not only could she help us with everything we needed from Kaiser rolls to ham and cheese, she went above and beyond by providing us with a few pats of butter to complete our sandwiches. She was also able to tell us where other products that we needed were, helping us to get on the road more quickly. Very refreshing to find true customer service. Thanks Holly and Pick N Save!!

Always out of Bread and pickles that I enjoy. Pre-packaged lunch meat an cheese suck but waiting for deli people for service is very time consuming. Can't believe they won't put paper or plastic in between my cheese an I'm the customer........

It ain't Richter's but it beats anything else in town. Been years since they closed but still miss that place. Luckily some of the staff, from there besides having some of their own quality people make shopping there a good experience.

Shopping was fun in this store. Better selection then other chain grocery stores. Make sure to sign up for their card as it does make a lot of savings. We were able to get gas rewards too which paid for $15 in gas.

I was very unhappy that as a “valued” customer I was forced to use self check out this morning since I was left with no other option. It’s one thing when you have a few items but not 64 items with a final total of $272.96. If this is going to be a normal practice of your store, I will have to resort to taking my business elsewhere where they provide me the service that I expect as a valued customer.

There is a nice selection of fruits and vegetables. We are big salad eaters and use this as a stop for fresh produce in between farmers markets.

Awful service! I m deaf and one female employee keep eye on my back for a while. I learned that this store already closed. Until manager kicked me out of place because of closed at 10 pm. I thought 11 pm. I want to check it out. Manager have nothing to do with my cart. I mean that female employee should inform me in advance and I know in advance and stop shopping. That's poorest service ever I have.

My favorite and pretty much only grocery store I go to, staff is efficient yet friendly, I won't go anywhere else for my meats and once in awhile I splurge on there USDA choice private selection steaks on the top shelf, I compare these to high end steakhouse steaks, there's plenty of self check out lanes for fast in and out, I've spoke to the store manager often and he's approachable to ideas to make the store better, it is a job but most employees have been around a long time and seem to be happy with there job so that speaks volumes

The two middle aged women who work behind the deli counter are two of the rudest people I've ever seen. Every single time I go into the store they are either arguing with a customer or complaining about how much they hate their jobs and how annoying the customers are. If you even dare to ask them to slice some deli meat or cheese for you, or to scoop out some salad (aka THEIR JOBS), they sigh and act as if it's the biggest impostition in the world, as if you just asked them to donate a kidney to you. I heard one of them complaining that they were short staffed today, no wonder, who would want to work in that toxic environment. If they hate their jobs so much, and can't even do the bare minimum, they should quit! On top of that, don't forget to check the expiration dates on everything you buy, before I started doing this I routinely went home with at least one expired item that was still on the shelves.

I will choose P&S for all the items they carry. I am a disabled senior citizen and I'm on a limited income. The staff are amazing. They are always busy doing their jobs and seem to enjoy it. And I can tell as a former exec over employees. They are always ready to help. The store is extremely clean which is important to me. Produce is the freshest anywhere. Sales are great and reduced items are great for me too. Meat is fresh and quality is important. Clearance items are just a bonus. Love it!

It was mostly good. We mostly went to get some bulk nuts. It was getting low but still enough. After walking around we picked up several other items.The sale prices for fish and seafood was pretty good this week.
