Very nice store, but there is 1 HUGE PROBLEM!! There are great employees, however there are always 1 or 2 employees that dont no the meaning of customer service. I have never been so shocked on how they treated a customer. All the other employees new the other 2 where rude (above and beyond, should have been fired on the spot) and would apologize very quietly but would not say 1 single thing to the rude employees. Come on now, if you want a good business weed out your bad people. I would explain what happened but it all boiled down to 15 min before closing time. Im sure u can figure it out. Thanks

They have a food bank and program where you can get a wheelchair or walker, canes and such for the seniors to use and return when not needed. A wonderful organization. Plus a small resale shop. The food bank and senior help is not open on the weekends. I do not know when the food bank is open or what the conditions are to recieve the food

Nice store. Cool stuff but Don't go on Saturdays. Employees were very rude and verbally pushed customers out the door at 1:50 because they close at 2. Not the best for business.

Great place to find just about anything your looking for. I found interesting items I wasn't looking for too. Diamond in the ruff I like to say. Wife found leather blk coat in perfect condition for only $12 which was awesome.

Best second hand store ever! Tons of stuff. Super cheap. Great nonprofit serving needs of local community. Highly recommended!Update… not sure why management changed here but the stores are not what they once were. Prices went way up and selection has dramatically decreased. Sadly, we don’t make a point to stop in anymore when in the area.

The kids store is fantastic, with friendly staff and amazingly great prices. TONS of toys, and they have great sales. Clothes are well organized and the store is very cute. Lots of surprises and treasures to discover. Super fun to take the kids and let them find toys. Can't beat the prices! They also have tons of art and school supplies. We love this place!

I have never been around such amazing loving caring people till I started volunteering here at love inc. I enjoy it so much I wouldn't want to trade it for any other place. I buy my kids clothes and mine here wuthwno problems.all my kids stuffed animals and clothes come from kids store. Helping people out in need of the help is a great feeling to have. I made good friends with everyone in love inc. they are wonderful people to around . Good prices yes great food for lunch in the lunch room always. 😁 I always recommend my family friends to come on in. Love inc. won't ever let anyone down.

Love shopping here!!! So much to look at and great prices too. Everything is so well organized, I really appreciate that. The stock seems to change often so when I stop by there are new things to see. Most items are one flat price not, depending on brands. Also Love when they have special sales (last time I was there it was 50% off linen). This has become a regular stop when I'm in town.

Prices are amazing and everyone works together to the T.I visited and purchased a good amount of clothing and toys and forgot to grab all my bags but thankfully I was able to reach someone and they figured it all out and had my items waiting for me to come get them. I found the person that I've dealt with courteous also having thoughtfulness, being courteous and also helpful in what a person needs. She knew what I was talking about and we went and got it the correct one that I needed. I found out experience quite nice and enjoyable. I am also glad that I have donated Lots in the past and still donate to this day to love Inc. I also refer to them when anyone is looking for anything. Keep up the great work.

Ugh. I usually love this place. They do have a great selection for good prices, but a few of the workers are really rude. Before driving 30 minutes to get there I looked online to see what time they close, which said 530. So my daughter and I headed out and arrived at about 10 to 5. Right when we walked in one worker, seemingly annoyed, stated "Uh, we close in 5 minutes". I was pretty taken aback by her attitude and informed her that the website states 530 amd that I had just driving 30 minutes to get there. So responded, again with attitude, that the site is wrong and I have 5 minutes to be out of the store. My daughter and I started rushing through looking for the items we went there for. I found about 6 pair of pants for my daughter and told her to go through them to make sure she likes them so I could try to find an outfit for my younger daughters camping theme for school the next day. The lady then rushed my 10 year old to look through her pants and as soon as she was done cane and told me that I need to check out. It was about 502. The lady at the register had heard everything and she apologized to me, which I appreciate, but I found the other lady to be very rude and unprofessional. I have seen other stores employees try ro assist customers at closing time or simply just be patient and wait for them to finish, but I have never seen, heard of, or whitnessed an employee at any store rushing and demanding a customer to leave at closing.

Always greeted with a friendly smile. They help you in what ever way they can, from food pantry, Holiday food baskets, Christmas/Yule ( what ever it is you celebrate) gifts, for anyone with a minor child in the home (but you'll have to sign up for basically everything they help you with). They will provide so many item's of clothing for each family member registered on your account free ,I believed once a year or maybe every 6 MO. They help me when I need it which isn't too often, and I return the favour by donating back to the food pantries, Furniture and Kids Store. Awesome place if you're in need for whatever reason. I always give back when I get bk on my feet.

They help with a lot of programs for the poor and homeless. They have a good food pantry that your allowed to go to every 30 days but have to registered and you get an I.D. card. Plus they have a thrift store and a used furniture store about half a mile away.

From my experience it's a great place to shop and very inexpensive and they have a lot of nice stuff call during electric accessories so far so on trinkets candles everything you can imagine

Food supplies were efficient BUT YOU HAVE A WORKER THAT THOUGHT HELPING AWOMEN IN HER 20s with a four year old helping them SHOP AND HELP HER TAKE IT OUT TO HER CAR INSTEAD OF HELPING A SENIOR OUT I WOULD SURE LIKE TO KNOW WHAT PEOPLE ARE THINKING. MARJORIE GRENIER

Please stop donating DVD's that are so scratched up that it looks like someone took sandpaper to the bottom of the disc. This place needs to look at the bottom of the disc and if it's really scratched up, then don't sell it. What a waste of $2 per dvd. And also upsetting for kids that want to see a movie that won't work

Gently used clothing for young children. If you don't mind searching thru racks, you just might find what you need. It's like a garage sale in a store, good deals, cheap prices.
