Customer service was excellent, and the store was well-organized. My only disappointment was the shrinking of the jewelry department. I've bought quite a bit of jewelry at Kohl's prior to losing a lot of that department b/c of Sephora (which I never use).

Went to get a winter coat for my husband and was greeted by this pathetically small section that was more windbreakers than anything. The few coats that actually would have been warm were only available in medium or extra large/2xl. What a joke

Returning a suitcase walked past a rack hold numerouscasual summer dresses just grabbed my size went to the customer service returning the item no problem very polite clerk assisted me I love this store I'm there a couple times a month I shop there because I always find a great selection of what I need, everyone is polite and helpful.

Burlingron Kohl's has a friendly staff; I am always treated courteously and respectfully. Kohl's has a quality selection of sale-priced, name brand clothing and home items. It's a suitable place to bring friends or family of any age and creed. The Burlington Kohl's is just a nice, quiet shopping experience.

Trying to access the code - I had to reread the directions on the receipt and erased the hyphens. It then worked to access. You could blacken darker theLeave out the hyphens when typing the access code!!!!!!

Staff is exceptional. Returns are a breeze and they take amazon returns, which is my personal favorite. The store is very clean, bright and impressive when you enter, and you are always greeted by an employee. Sales and prices are clearly marked and most aisles are very roomy. I still hate Kohl's carts and there are too many handicap/pick up parking spots. The worst for me is that they don't open until 10:00am

I came in to pay my bill for my charge card and whoever the lady was that was im guessing in charge was extremely rude cause it was like 10mins before they were closing but it only takes like 2 minutes to pay a bill so it was very unexpected when she was rushing me and being extremely snarky and rude. The cashier kid had to apologize to me when she walked away cause he was even offended for me.

Visited this friendly place which I found the most helpful staff in the jewelry department. She went out of her way to help me find a ring that I was looking for. Store staff in the other departments were very friendly and shared some jovial humerus moments. I was glad to be a part of their day knowing that our God is good. The store also stocks some jewelry engraved with the Lord's Prayer which I was glad to see. I recommend that if you are in the area to stop in and see the store and friendly people who cater to the shoppers who stop in.

Great cashiers, Customer Service are rude, and observed a supervisor being rude to employees. They are unable to keep the store stocked adequately. They need NEW merchandisers.. Clothing is great if your very old. Nothing for the professional woman, unless you want to dress like your great grandmother! Children's clothing is 100% cotton and poorly made.

Staff is wonderful! I feel like there has been a significant reduction in merchandise. Popular brands such a Rock Republic are no longer being offered. The merchandise seems to be very bland now. Disappointed in the selections.

Omg! On vacation to see my bestie here in Burlington just came up here from KY and she said we should have a shopping day because she had kohl's cash so I was all for it. We got matching bestie rings, I found dresses on clearance for $5 &$6 a dress. Hell yeah! 5 stars for here and she's going to her nieces wedding here in August and found the perfect Vera Wang dress for her snobby family. You go Girl! Thanks for the shopping trip and I got me some cheap beautiful dresses to return home in.
