Josh is amazing! It is pretty easy to get in and out of this establishment. Plus they carry a little bit of everything! All of the staff is warm and inviting, but overall the head GM and Josh are my two favorite employees at this location! The store is kept nice and clean as well.

Good prices, but you get what you pay for. The store has a good selection of items nut always seems very crammed and dark. Every time I've gone, there were at least two or three empty or half-empty shelves. As far as I can tell there's usually only one or two people working there and no one really puts a lot of effort into making the place visually appealing.

They need more people working there and more managers there in the medication cells are bear there's no nothing on those on auto shows at all and they're not ordering mountain dew 1.5 l at the shop at all and they're not ordering a bunch of other stuff either I wish to manage it would don't come back to the family Dollar in Burlington that'll be nice

I've noticed the past couple of weeks, one of the women there has a real attitude?!🤔🙄😖, I'm taking my business elsewhere or if I do happen to go back there & see her, I'll go to another store. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE! Remember that!

Just went into the store with my three year old. All I can say is that store has really gone down hill. When did Burlington turn into the hood? What I can only imagine to be the manager asked me if I had a problem with her. My answer being who wouldn’t have a problem with your trashy self cussing outload in a store in front of my kid. Trying to act all big and tough with me. Cracked out of her mind what a disgusting excuse of a store. Not to mention talking out-loud for everyone to hear about how she lost her kids to her mom 4 hours away. You really have some great people representing your store!

3 for 12 soda the man said can't mix or match I do it all the time then he said no you don't I have worked for family dollar for 12 years if you don't like don't buy it the man was disrespectful will not go there again I used to shop there 3 to 4 days a week

This burlington store is awful. They Close before it's time and open 1 hour later than supposed to. Not friendly at all, you actually get ignored. Very disappointing!
