Dr. Ben Seebart, CVT Katie, and Jasmine were there for us over the holidays when our Pit bull/Husky mix, Apollo, swallowed a corn cob without us knowing - ultimately, requiring exploratory surgery.Our boy truly could not have been in better hands during his time of need. We are so incredibly grateful for the wonderful care team in Burlington who went above and beyond at every step of the way. I just started taking my dog and cat to that Animal Wellness Center in Fond du Lac, WI. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I think of my fur babies as my children and I know they're in good hands and are receiving the highest quality care at the Animal Wellness Center. I highly recommend to anyone in need of veterinary services.

We have been bringing our dogs to Longview for over a decade. Everyone is so friendly and caring at this hospital. Dr. Long is very patient, knowledgeable and a great listener. When we lost our beloved dog of 10 years, Dr. Long sent a giant box of homemade chocolates to our home. I was very touched by her kindness. I don't believe we would receive the level of care and attention at any other animal clinic in this area. We are loyal clients and have loved our experiences with Dr. Long and Burlington Longview Animal Hospital.

Dr. Hollis, Vet Tech Anna and all the staff are amazing! I can't imagine my furry family being better cared for anywhere else. My husky is a bit quirky and anxious but Dr. Hollis and Anna put him at ease and are able to even clip his paw nails, something that he won't quite let me do yet.

My fur babies were patients of Dr Long for many years until she retired. I was unsure what to expect when the clinic changed hands, and honestly was not impressed at first.I am glad we continued to seek care at the clinic as they now have some wonderful, caring Doctors who are doing their best to help take care of all three of our dogs. Their vet techs & receptionists are great as well.I just had to rush my 12 year old puggle in due to a seizure. I met the new full-time Veterinarian, Dr Hollis, who was absolutely wonderful. She had a fresh take on what may be going on with him, and was very empathetic to our situation.I just want to say thank you to all the staff at Burlington Animal Wellness Center. You are doing an awesome job!

The staff is incredible! My pup is a nervous one and the staff is always patient and slow moving with him. They explain the vaccines/tests before doing them and take the time needed to build trust.I would highly recommend bringing your pet to this vet!

I love Animal Wellness Center! The whole experience is great from the appointment booking to the time with the Veterinarian. We saw Dr. Kathleen who is so caring and knowledgeable. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Everyone here is always helpful and knowledgeable about any question I ask. I take both my cats and dog here, and they always give me different treatment options for whatever the problem is.They never push anything on me that's optional- just offer it and maybe recommend it if it may be a problem in the future. The service is always prompt, appropriate, and what is asked for or needed.I've never met the owner, but one time I went in there were cookies available and I was told they were made by the owner. So I think they care about the buisness quite a bit.

This facility including the staff and especially Dr. Hollis are great! I have been dealing with a high anxiety dog for about three months now. The old vet wanted to sedate him. This was not working because it made him a mean drunk. Dr. Hollis met with my George and suggested a variety of approaches to the problem. With just a few adjustments success was achieved and we are delighted to spread the word!!!

Burlington Longview Veterinary Hospital has given us wonderful and compassionate service over the past 11 years. Recently, our older dog became very ill and Dr. Long gave us a great recommendation for a veterinary oncologist. When nothing more could be done for our Maggie, we came back to Dr. Long for "hospice" care. The whole staff was wonderful. Most of the staff, if not all, are dog owners and knew exactly what we were going through and how to help.

We have 3 dogie children. One of the them has seizures. On one night in particular the seizures got so bad that he almost died. Dr. Long came in after hours and worked until she saved him. She is always there when we need her. The staff treats our animals like their own. They have terrific follow up after treatments. We always feel like they treat us and our animals as though we were their only clients. We have moved away from Burlington and happily drive 50 minutes to continue using Longview. We know that no one will ever give us more care and compassion than the staff at Longview.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. My dog was in pain and yelping very badly on a Sunday evening. I contacted them right away Monday morning and they got him in within a few hours. He ended up needing a tooth extracted. Dr. Amy was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns about my dog with me. She also was very thorough on the cost and different ways we could approach this financially. She gave my dog a shot of pain meds to alleviate his excruciating pain and set up for surgery for the next morning. The next day before and after surgery they updated me by phone several times about what was going on with my dog. They were beyond accomodating for me and my dog. I can never thank Dr. Amy, Dr. Dan, the staff, and everyone in the office enough for being as kind, understanding, and honest as they were with me.

I had a very poor experience. My dog, who is 5 was losing her hair and had a swollen face, and extremely lethargic , I brought her to Dr. Amy. She called it allergies a d said it was normal for my dog to be like that with allergies. Seeing no improvement I took he for a 2nd option and literally within 2 minutes diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The vet was surprised that it was not noticed sooner bcuz she was a " text-book case.I honestly feel so bad like I let my 4 legged child down. I believe that Dr. Long would have figured out the issue immediately. I no longer take my babies there ever again.

I love Dr Amy! I brought my beloved cat in after a body-breaking accident. I was a mess of tears and sobbing. Dr Amy put him to sleep painlessly. She understood my heartbreak. I look forward to visiting Dr Amy again, when I find my next 'perfect pet'.

AWCB has seen some changes in the last few years and honestly things were a little rocky for me with the switch. I decided to give them one last try. Doctor Andrea took her time to discuss my previous issue despite a busy schedule. They won me over to stay a customer.

We were traveling and my dog got a BAD ear infection. Dr Hollis was very caring as were all the staff. She even contacted my vet in Hudson, WI to inform her of what was going on and the treatment she was administering.

If any of you from S.E. Wisconsin and is looking for a new vet Please DO NOT GO TO Animal Wellness Of Burlington! If your pet has worms ,they will prescribe medicine THAT DOES NOT WORK. I had to take in my cat 3 times just for worms alone. I wounder how many other meds dont work. So bottem line they will not reimburse you for the coast of medicine.

The vet I had given me a panick about my cat having fleas. She said I would not get it under control, suggested a ton of chemicals and an exterminator. We got it under control without all of the unnecessary cost. I do not want a doctor to panick me but to have my animals better interest at heart.

We recently saw Dr. Amy regarding what turned out to be an emergency situation for our pooch. She quickly diagnosed the problem and referred us to WVRC in Racine because they could provide 24 hour care for Iris. At all times, she had Iris's best interests in mind!
