Great! You can't beat finding a nice winter jacket for a little more than the price of a T-shirt. Albeit you need a little luck on your side. Sometimes the store is a bit picked over.

A friend and I showed up at 8am and was rudely greeted with “manager” of the store yelling at us through the doors that they open at 9am, despite there being a misleading sign that says otherwise.We then were waiting at the checkout line and the same manager walked past us a couple of times while a single cashier was working the entire area. We waited for 10-15 min. Terrible experience. There was a total of 3 customers in the store, which included myself and my friend.

On Oct 20, 2022 I was at this location and spent $51 or so I thought. The next day while browsing my bank statement I noticed that I was charged $306.39. I contacted the store and I'm still waiting for a refund. Watch your purchases lady's, there is a cashier that is a scammer.

I was very happy and pleased with the selection that I saw that they carried for bigger men in sizes 3x and higher. It is so hard to find sizes at other stores. But after seeing what I saw, I would definitely be making this my first stop shop from here on out. Or at least until I lose some of this weight... 🤷🏽‍♂️😉 On the other hand with a guy like me having a big foot of size 13 or sometimes even 14. I wished they had bigger size more readily available for people with bigger feet. If they did I would have walked out of that store that day with maybe at least six pairs of shoes that I really fell in love...😳🔥 with but couldn't buy... due to small sizes. 😞

This store is in need of some major improvements. It was my first time in a Ross Dress for Less and I would compare it to a Marshals or TJ Maxx. The prices are good but this shop is dirty, unorganized and the employees weren't very kind.I was looking at some hair clips for my daughter and out of the 5 packages they had, most of them were missing some of the clips and others had repeat clips, which I assume meant they tried to make a set out of incomplete sets. When I took an incomplete set to the front, mind you it was missing 2 or 12 clips, I was told I could have 10% off or I could go look for a complete set.I needed to use the restroom while I was there, first the door had to be unlocked for me. There was luckily toilet paper there but no soap. I had to wash my hands with hand sanitizer only and there was no hand towels either. I think this is disgusting.I won't be going back to this specific location.

Horrible experience. There were like six employees in the store and One lane checking a 20 min line worth of people waiting to check out. I had to request to have the Lazy employees come and help. One Employee got very upset and yelled at me and insulted me As I was spending $600.00 for My Sons clothing. If He really didnt want them I would of went else where. So as I walked out side ro my car , The Employee followed me outside threatening Me and cussing. She was Horrible so were the other disrespectful employees.I had to literally call the police. Do Mot ever Go to this Store. Corporate Needs ro Fire All of them and rehire Anyone else.

Every time I go in there, the store is clean and well-kept. I have had some cashiers that couldn't care less if i shopped there or not, but I've had some great customer service there, too. And my god. Someone please make their fitting room attendant their manager. She was so charismatic and pleasant. Glad to be a regular here.

I frequent this store a bit, selections are a hit or miss, the store could look nice or a disaster. Shoes everywhere not in the right aisle, make up aisle is usually bad due to being unorganized. But the main reason for the low rating is the long wait times in line. It can get ridiculous and backed up but there's only one register open and 3 other employees just walking around, as if they are oblivious to the all of the customers waiting. This location really needs to work on customer service and train their employees to have a sense of urgency.

A few hours ago I stood in line for approximately 20 minutes along with at least 15 other customer waiting to check out - only one register was open and she was being trained. Another opened for 5 customers (I would have been next in line for her), but she went back to returns and/or exchanges. Bad customer relations very bad. I had been quite excited about going to this store as my sweet-heart in AZ has been telling me about the great buys at your store. Well, don't think you will see this puppy around anymore.

We had a very good experience. They did FINALLY open a 2 nd line but could have used a 3 line to check people out. It was clean and everyone was polite. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely go back when in the area.

I got what i needed from the store.. But the check out lady on july 24th around 9:30 am .. didn't bother folding my clothes up and placing them in the bag, instead she yank the hangers off all the tshirts bolded the shirts up into the palm of her hand. As if she was throwing away trash and there was not another customer in line.I also purchahsed 5 pairof pants and two button up shirts for my boys they were also bolded up, i'm home now and clothes are all wrinkled up

I love Ross but this store is a dump. Most of the shelves were empty. Toy department was non existent. No women's shoes above size 8. Store is disorganized and understaffed. I waited 10 min in the checkout with 2 kids and there were only 2 small orders ahead of me. The West Allis store is much better.

The lines are too long... Not enough cashiers....also i went there today and my wife need to use the restroom and the lady give us attitude... Good prices but not friendly and very long lines.... So if u like to stand around for like 45 mins in a line this is your store

I shop there a lot , I love good deals. My concern is horrible customer service by the manager. I have witnessed many hostile incidents there and makes me uncomfortable to want to shop there. it becomes hostile because the manager has no customer service and would not help out the costumer. I.e. A customer had a shirt that was too small and they carried it in a size bigger but it was 31 days past and they wouldn't do it;( cause of 1 day past the 30 day policy really. My mother had bought something and it was ripped but she didn't see it till she got home. When she tried to return it again they would not take it back, common give her an exchange or in store credit.

I tried on 2 dresses and of course the one I love was too short. The simple one fit just right. I didn't get neither one, better luck next time. My baby got a pair of shoes and 2 pair of sweats for school 😄

I have shopped at Ross’s frequently in the past and love it for the prices. I went in to buy my son what I thought was a size 9 because that’s what the sticker on the inside said. Turns out they were a size 10! Him being 8 years old did not know to wait to take the tag off so I no longer have it. I go to return the shoes today and the manager tells me she cannot take them back because the tag is not on the shoe so they can’t identify the item. Even though I had the receipt that clearly described the item. I called corporate and they said that is not their policy!!! You don’t have to have the tag on the item, you just need a valid receipt. So the manager LIED! I ended up getting a refund with no apology from the manager, she didn’t even come back up to the front because she knew she lied! I had planned on buying other items that day but she truly pissed me off so I just took my business somewhere else.

This is my 3rd time catching a very rude cashier. Balled up clothes I just bought and threw in the bag, I was the only one in line so no need to rush. After I suggested I will fold the clothes, cashier then tells me very rudely that Ross's store policy is not to fold clothes, which I have no problem with but at least you don't have to say it so rudely.

I showed up here around 8:15 even though their house state they open at 8 a.m. I was greeted by a extremely rude employee stating they do not open until 9 a.m. Not surprised one bit at the employee. Welcome to milwaukee. I highly suggest you change your hours.

This Ross store is little bit more slower with foot traffic and easy to shop, but not a lot furniture to choose from. But over all you can run in and get what you need and get out without the long line.

If you looking for things to pick up really quick then may I suggest stopping by here first before going anywhere else. Cheap prices an they even name brand products and clothes as well. Highly recommend quick shopping here.

The store is so big and have a lot stuff, but th3 customer service is very bad. They hav3 just 1 cashier for a big store, Im wait in th3 line 50 minutes!!! Always th3 cashier have a long face (like mad), if they dont like the job they need find other.Im so mad too becaus3 I went in the morning and I leave a coat, I told th3 cashier: Im come back in th3 afternoon, 3 hours later I went to buy the coat, not a cheap one, and I dont find th3 coat!!! I thought this store was ok when I visited it. Nothing too much to rave about. Bunches of things on top of things. The store doesn't seem very organized and staff seems very scarce. I would visit it again but it just takes long to find things in this store. Looks clean from what I can tell but as I said before, organization would be nice.
