I'm really bummed that today was our second bad experience with this location. A few weeks back, I got a call right before the appointment and was told that the groomer that day had a weight restriction so our dog couldn't come in and we had reschedule on the app - which was another 3 or so weeks out. Fast forward to today, we arrived 2 minutes before our appointment & we're told we were too early to come back (totally fine) so we walked around the store for a minute then a worker came to find us and said we had to come back or they wouldn't be able to see him today because they're fully booked. We of course bright him right back but it had been maybe 1 or 2 minutes after being told to come back. Fast forward to pickup and our dog looks terrible. I don't know if it was a bad cut and blow dry or just a bad haircut but they didn't listen to any instructions & cut his wings off. We let this go because mistakes happen. After we got home, we noticed he was licking his feet a lot and it turns out they cut 3 nails too short. 3!!!! After paying over $100 and this is the quality we got.....we are never going back here. Being busy is no excuse for being that careless. We overlooked the terrible haircut but won't overlook the injuries to his nails.

I love the reward points program they offer. If you buy online or in store their app offers certain items that will give you points that you can use for future purchases, click the reward you want to build points with and save money on future purchases on anything they sell.

We have been regular customers at this grooming location. However, during our last appointment, our dog was injured, resulting in her having to wear an E-collar for two weeks due to a torn toenail. While no apologies have been extended for the incident, what’s even more surprising is they deem our dog (a 10-pound Havanese) unsafe to be groomed, banning her from all Petsmart locations. I’m shocked by Petsmart’s practices.

We go to the groomer at Pet Smart. We've been going there for 10 years with both of our dogs. They are excellent. I highly recommend all of the wonderful groomers/bathers.We go to Nick, who is the Manager of the grooming facility. He really is outstanding and takes each individual dog's needs into account.

My Himalayan is 10 and has always been HORRIBLE with grooming at home. We got her at 8 and she was never exposed to it. I was so nervous to bring her in for a lion cut but Nick was great with her and she came home a very happy girl. We will definitely be going back to see him every 6 months. This nervous cat mom was thoroughly impressed.

They’d receive zero stars from us if it was an option. The grooming is average but this isn’t the issue. We’ve booked two grooming appointments well in advance just for this location to cancel both appointments a day or two prior without a valid reason/excuse. Look elsewhere for grooming as the customer service here is terrible. I’m appalled by their lack of communication and will be making a complaint as it is total b.s. how we’ve been treated as customers.

Always has the wet food I need in stock for my cats. Also really sweet and answers anything you need. They help me if needed to bring stuff to my car which is super helpful since I have a lot of physical body injuries that don’t do well with litter and big bags of food. Marshall, Bert, Goose, and Tiny all thank you!

Groomers are great. Dawn is great with cats and my kitten was adopted through PetSmart. I love bringing my pets to PetSmart. I have full faith my pets are being taken care of at this location. Love you guys

Had a great first visit to the grooming team today for my dog. Skye was able to give a great cut to Murphy and I will definitely be back. My only suggestion is that I have the ability to leave a tip while paying the invoice at the normal register. I didn’t have cash and normally don’t but the option with credit should be available as she did a great job and a lot of work.

Very rude and stupid charge a small dog that’s 25 pounds that’s a bichon 69 dollars over priced for. No reason manager was rude as hellSaid he didn’t feelComfortable doing my dog hair cause I was black African American and he didn’t feel safe cutting my dog after I questioned why the hair cut was going to be 100 after leaving the facility I receive a call regarding pricing.I was fine for at least 30 min I would never do business here ever in my life. They funny acting unless ur dog Anorexic

Get my meatballs taken care of here by Dawn.....meatballs are 2 cats.....I'm not allowed to touch their paws sooooo on nails day....or what I call "going to the spa"....it's game on, the meatballs don't see it this way but after all the furniture is upside down and I need oxygen....we're rolling.....Dawn does an excellent job and she should be given a raise $$%!!

Christine did a great job grooming Uno! He was a bit nervous at first but she made him feel comfortable and they were best buds by the time I picked him up.

There was some dog pee left by (probably) inattentive pet owners. Feel bad for the staff that has to clean it. There are literally clean up stations for pet parents to use all around the store. Some of the brands are pretty low quality but they do also have some higher end stuff. They have a big variety and I like showing my dog the fish, birds, reptiles, etc.

-0 rating, was overcharged on a July appointment for a service not asked for or explained when I asked about it and booked a bath with nail trim only for today for 4:30pm we arrived 10 minutes early and was told they can't take another appointment that they are closing in half hour! Called talk to the store manager was dismissive about my concerns with this location and told their IT people will have to look into the scheduling matter. Needless to say won't be coming back here again and my elderly dog was disappointed not getting his bath done today!

Editing to add they accepted a return/exchange and gave me a 10% discount on the new bag for my troubles.I placed a curbside order via internet. One of the bags of kitty litter they gave me is packed like cement. It appears it was damaged by water. I did not discover this until I got home. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning to the store and exchanging it. It would have been nice if the person packing my order would have noted the bag appeared to be defective and given me a different bag.

It was great! The people greeted us as we walked in the door they helped us find the product we needed to feed our little Wonder. And it was so nice to just walk my dog around the store and let her pick her treat. The food was guaranteed. If she didn't like it we could bring it back and try another. What a great policy thanks PetSmart

Overall the store was clean, and mostly organized, although it did take me awhile to find kitten chow. No one greeted me or asked if they could assist me.Also, the prices are definitely high, and I do plan on returning the water feeder I purchased for $20 after finding one elsewhere for about half the price.

Good selection of cages, terrariums, food and toys and some good store brands. Prices here are decent, especially if you sign up for their loyalty program. The staff were pretty friendly. Only negative is that the animals are kept in very tiny enclosures.

They quicked every single one of my dog’s toenails. She came home in pain and was absolutely terrified. She was scared to allow me to even touch her feet while I was trying to stop the bleeding. Absolutely horrendous experience.

We had been taking our Great Pyrenees mix here for awhile-well the last time he was in they gave him to someone brand new. She did an absolute hack job on him. It was so bad he’s been itching constantly ever since. They also constantly ask the same questions (health) every time we came in. Our dog is so well behaved and was never an issue. We will not be returning. They also had an issue setting us up with an appointment on a Tuesday for the Veterans discount 😡
