So convenient for me, right on Bluemound Road. I needed Hills Science Large Puppy Food. The associate there helped me locate it, (I was in quite a hurry), brought it to the counter for me to check out immediately. He then asked if I would like him to carry it to my car. Very sweet! I declined, but thought, "great service!" I will be back for Hills Science food in the future. Thanks a bunch Pet Supplies Plus Brookfield!🐾🐾

I can’t say enough good things about this store. They are always friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed today. When I needed wet food for my dog who has only ever had kibble in her 14 years, and needs wet food for after her dental procedure, the employee I asked for help compared the ingredients of the kibble we use to the wet food options to find the closest match to avoid food change issues. He was so kind and helpful. I just love this store.

The associate was very helpful. I was there because my bulb for my heat lamp for my lizard had burned out prematurely. The associate gave me some pointers, but since the bulb was only purchased from the same store about 1.5 months previously, I was hoping for a refund. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to do so.

One of Barney's favorite places to shop!!! Sniffs all the dog bones and biscuits until he suddenly grabs his favorite!!! They even have a place outside for a pee and poop spot. Great place for a dog to shop with their human!!!

Good deals regularly when you sign up for their rewards program. Locally owned franchise helps support community. Excellent selection of items. Curbside pickup is an option as well. Staff offers to assist with items to your car.

My cats are very fussy with their food. All other food bags were a year out for expiration but the larger bags (2) were only 6months expiration date, They wouldn’t order any more until those 2 bags were sold. So I told them I’m going to another store(PetCo), they only had one year out date have. None 6 months.Apparently you did NOT read my original post. It said I did NOT get what I wanted. Got it at Petco

Staff is always welcoming and willing to help. Store is always stocked and clean. I love coming here because it feels more personable than pet smart or petco. Plus I enjoy all the natural dog products that they have to offer and seems to have more stuff made local too.

Almost an hour after store listed hours and still not open. Even checked on the door to see if there was a sign saying they were understaffed or Covid/holiday but nothing. Just straight up not open. Annoyed cause this store is very out of the way.

I love the Brookfield pet supplies plus! Our pups do too! Love the coupons that come in the mail, they always have a decent sale on items when we need them. The employees are knowledgeable and of they are not they'll ask one of their counterparts to weigh in on the question.

I love this store! We have been shopping here since we rescued our first dog together back in 2007. There’s another PSP store (different franchise/owner from what I understand) that is literally right down the street from us in Waukesha, but we still go out of the way and go to this store in Brookfield. They have always had competitive and great prices, new items, different fundraisers for groups like K-9 deputies, and a rewards program (fairly new). The staff is always super helpful and friendly, and we really appreciate Laura, who’s been helping us and joking and smiling with us since the beginning it feels like. This is a great store with great staff, and I highly recommend shopping here!

They don't sell feeder insects, nor live or frozen feeder rats/mice here. Probably the only location that doesn't.

Lots of good items typically. Chris especially helpful! Nice staff overall. Aisles tad tight and not all employees have knowledge about products, but are happy to refer you to someone that does if you ask. Usually even offer to carry heavy items out if someone needs assistance!

Store is very clean, if a bit small if there are many customers; well stocked with most things my cats need; staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Items were very well packed and I appreciate the help taking items to the car as well. A bit pricier than regular stores but at least they had most of what we need in stock, unlike most stores. This was my 1st visit but I'm sure I'll become a regular customer. There were a few cat foods that I wish they carried but perhaps I can phone and request them?

Drove to this store for a harness for 1 of my dogs. Our usual store in Greenfield had 1 in medium and I needed 2 matching harnesses for our dogs and they had it at the Brookfield store. So happy I didn't waste a trip. Thank you!
