I took my dog in on Monday morning. This was my first time there, and I understand that there is sometimes miscommunications with length and whatever. And honestly, hair grows back. So when I told her short, I figured since my dog is a long haired dog, short wouldn’t be shaved. But we come to pick up our dog and he looked funny. I can get over that, and know what to better ask for next time. The thing I’m very upset about is that while she shaved our dog, she cut the inside of his hind leg and said NOTHING about it when we picked him up. I noticed that he was licking the inside of his leg the next day and saw the razor line and the cut and took him to the vet where they told me it was infected. So now the $90 appointment has cost me well over $400 and my baby is uncomfortable and on meds.

Brought my Boston Terrier in for her first nail trim and Tina was honest and informative, professional and courteous. Pricing was excellent. If I'm unable to maintain her nails at home, I know I can always take my dog in to Mon Cheri for a great nail trim.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. I brought in my 5-month-old puppy with prior grooming experience into Tina due to his regular groomer not having any availability. Professionalism is everything when I am spending money somewhere. I was not greeted or acknowledged as I came in. Very cold demeanor towards my dog and myself. It was almost as if she was irritated, I showed up to my appointment. I was very on edge leaving my dog as I should have listened to my first instinct. An hour into the appointment Tina called for me to pick up my dog as he was too much for her to deal with and he was experiencing extreme stress. My dog has never had any issue with any other groomer before, so I don’t trust the care I left him in. I picked up my puppy with damp and uneven shaven fur. He looked ridiculous. Tina tried to blame it on his age, saying he could not handle the process. I’ve never had any complaints before, so I believe my puppy was not comfortable with her handling him. I do not recommend this business for any puppies as Tina chooses not to have the patience for them. I will never be returning and learned my lesson about trying out a new groomer.

My sister was in on 6/2/23. The service was sub-standard. The groomers behavior was unprofessional towards her and her pet. Her first question was is he matted, which he was not. This being her first experience with this place of business, warrants her not returning or recommending the business to her family, and friends with pets.

I had the most awesome experience with Tina! I commissioned her to do a portrait of my 4 dogs from a photo I took years ago. She was wonderful to work with! She was eager to discuss each dog as it was being done, willing to make changes to details that weren’t apparent in the original photo, and extremely professional all around. She completed my artwork in much less time than I thought it would take, and the result made me cry happy tears when it arrived. I’m currently saving $ to have her do another for a friend. If I could I would give her 10 stars!

I have been using Tina for about 9 years now for my Yorki Shitzu. I have nothing but great things to say about Tina and her grooming and boarding services - as I have used both. She had always been extremely polite and friendly, is on time with the groom time she stated, does an amazing job, and my dog seems to enjoy her as well. I’ve referred friends to her knowing how much I appreciate her service and expertise.

Was new to the area and looking for a pet groomer for my best buddy. I found Mon Cheri grooming on the internet. She did a fabulous job with him. Prices were reasonable and clearly posted at the business. Dropped him off on time and picked him up on time. No problems. I will be bringing him back again.

I've recommended both the grooming/boarding services and the artwork to many people. Stop inside the shop to say 'hi', and take a look at the gorgeous artwork!

Tina terrorized our dog and told us never to bring him back! She also enjoys to talk all about herself, if there was a zero star rating, I would use it. Never coming back.

Unprofessional on the phone when I called to find out about getting services. This was my first time speaking with a groomer so I had a few questions and she just had an attitude the whole time. I realized we weren't finding a specific date for an apt and offered to call back when my schedule was more open but even that seemed like such an inconvenience.
