I cannot say enough good things about Leisure Pools and Spas. We've had a pool for almost 20 years, and in that time we started with many other pool companies before finding Leisure Pools. I only wish we had found them sooner. Pat and his family made it so we actually enjoy our pool, and it has been that way for a solid 10 years now. They have done everything from replace equipment and liners, to making sure our water is always balanced by keeping the chemicals in check. Do yourself a favor, no matter how far you have to go to use them, go to Leisure Pools and Spas. You will not be sorry. They don't guess, they are experts in what they do and our family is grateful for their service over the years.

These guys have been super helpful. We are new spa owners and have had a few minor issues that they have taken care of quickly. They respond to emails and calls and are very knowledgeable. They seem to care about making long term customers, not just a quick sale.

Hot tub repair- I noticed a leak and discovered I needed the heater gaskets replaced. Crew fixed it within a decent time frame at a reasonable price. It’s back to temp and working like new. My Leisure Pool and Spa hot tub is 11 years old, kept outdoors in WI and still a joy to use all year!

We contacted Leisure Pools and Spas at the end of April 2023 to do work on our concrete/fiberglass in-ground pool. Pat himself came out with 2 other men, they spoke with my husband about what was needed to be done and Pat said he’d send out a quote to us. He also said that May 2023 was already “booking up”. We got the quote the next week and made a deposit of half the quoted amount, thinking the work would be completed in early June.Pat works with sub-contractors. Geno was in charge of our work. Pat told my husband someone would be out to install a light, after 2 weeks of no one showing up or any communication, my husband reached out to Pat who was under the impression the light was already installed. A few days later Geno and someone else did begin the process of putting in the light however were unable to complete it in one day which was okay, they said they would be back the next day. Geno contacted my husband numerous times via text saying they would be out later that day or the following day but when the day came he would push back the time or just not show up. I called Pat and told him what was happening and he said that Geno has been doing that to a lot of his customers and he’d contact him, again unaware that everything has not yet been completed. It was not until the end of June that Geno finally came out with 2 other workers and most of the work was finished that day. They did have to come back to fix some of the paint my husband wasn’t satisfied with. Again, we waited. All in all, the work was completed in no more than 15 hours by 3 men and we waited 60 days for that. There was very little communication from Geno and more times than not he didn’t show up when he said he would.With so many positive reviews on this company, it is extremely disappointing that Pat did not have a better handle/keep a closer eye/schedule on people he subcontracts out to. We paid a lot of money for this work and we lost all of May and June to use our pool. We realize it is busy season and it is challenging to find people to work on these types of pools, however we were taken advantage of.Leaving a negative review is not something I like to do but this was a completely unacceptable situation and I’d hate for others to go through this sub-par treatment.

Leisure Pools & Spas popped my mother in laws collar! Before her famed annual pool party for the grand kids, in quickly finding her elusive hot tub pump, then got it shipped out to us in a few days, with ample time to handle all of the particulars, before the hilarity and general mayhem of her pool party ensues. I was just the gopher, go between middle, man on the deal. Leisure Pools & Spa’s saved our annual pool party extravaganza, and will help us enjoy what’s left of the summer season…😎

If you want a professional experience, steer clear of Leisure. I called in early May to get my hot tub worked on. A week later I got a call from a kid to get on their schedule. This was on May 12th. They took down my credit card information and said it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get someone out. Understandable in the current market. I called today, June 13th to see when a technician will be out at my house. Again, a kid reached back out to me and told me they could get someone out on July 5th. When I asked why I was pushed back so far, they said pools take priority. If I knew it was going to be almost 8 weeks, I would have looked elsewhere. Now, I am stuck getting on another schedule. I will not be using your services. I suggest giving people more realistic time frames and actually communicating with your customers.

I have been a customer for over 15 years after purchasing our hot tub from Leisure Pools and Spas. It still runs beautifully, service has always been great and fast. They have even helped us with any pool issues we have had, not purchased originally by them. I would definitely recommend any services they offer, Pat and Donna and their staff have always been wonderful.

I am not one to give negative stars but I am disappointed in the lack of communication. I have called 5 times over the past two months in hopes to be a new customer. I spoke with the young person many times on the phone. Put my name on the "list" and called many times for a follow up and he ensured me that they would call me back by last Friday, the 26th. I know that this time can be busy which is why I called back in early July. We just bought a house with a pool and I was going to provide them with a good amount of business. I need our pump replaced, chemicals to clean our pool, and to have a quote to buy a new liner for next year and was hoping to have them winterize our pool. Which I explained all of this to the person I spoke with on the phone. With the amount of positive reviews I was really looking forward to working with the company and give them my business, but never heard back. If you are hoping to be a new customer just keep in mind that they may return your call, but the follow through is little to none.

I’m torn on what star to give. I had mixed experiences. I had to call a few times to see if they had certain parts for my pump in stock and they younger guy who answered the phone both times was not helpful. He didn’t get to help me at all- just really told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. Well I ended up going in after calling back and them having 1/3 things I needed. Well got there and was greeted by the cutest kitty! But anyway the other guy who worked there ended up Helping me and viola! They had everything I needed. All they needed to do was look them up! That guy was super helpful- knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right part.Overall- was disappointed with the younger guy but the other gentleman who helped me in store was great.
