When our Delafield store closed, I was so sad, but we were welcomed so well at this Brookfield location that the longer drive doesn't seem so bad! My dog & I were greeted warmly to treats & and an adorable Valentine's Day themed photo session. Wonderful customer service!! Highly recommend for dogs with specialized diets & healthy treats.

We always take our pups to Stephanie for grooming at Bentley’s and have never been disappointed! She’s so great with both our doodles (they absolutely love her!) and her talent is unmatched! Our vet has even noticed how even the cuts are and how precise the cut is around their faces. Always a 10/10!

This was our first time visiting Nikki the groomer at Bentleys, and it won’t be our last. She greeted us and asked questions about the dogs. She wanted to know our expectations and confirmed what she heard. She took our girls into the grooming center and called when they were finished. The girls turned out so cute. Breanna at Brookfield is Absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was so sweet and kind and patient with my spazzy giant doodle. He was well overdue for a haircut, but she powered thru and he looks FABULOUS!!! He came home HANDSOME & HAPPY, she even recommended some awesome products to help with his anxiety. Groomers like this are the reason customers keep coming back!! We went to Nikki for the first time last week. We went over what I was looking for and she did a wonderful job. I really appreciate that when my pickiness took over, Nikki listened and corrected that area for me. She also did a fabulous job on coloring Frankie's tail. Frankie has been a big hit everywhere she goes.

My husband and I are so happy with our grooming experience at Bentleys! Our Rottweiler Doberman had the best grooming we've seen on him. Nails, his coat (perfectly shiny) and ears look great! Staff is friendly and kind too. We'll be back! :)

Wilson has been a long time customer of Stephanie the groomer here, and she always does a great job with him. He’s long been afraid of the blow dryer, but Stephanie has patiently worked with Wilson to acclimate him to it, and he’s made great progress. Even though he’s not the biggest fan of “spa day” he is always happy to see her.

Great experience and fabulous groomer at the Brookfield store! No one else has even been able to groom our 6 year old long-haired Scottish fold because he can be feisty. She totally did everything we wanted and we are so happy! Plus the store has everything we needed for our cats. We will be back!

I brought my greyhound in for a nail trim and teeth brushing - the staff was beyond kind and efficient in getting everything done for my dog! We received a welcome treat baggy for our first visit. We will be coming back to get more pampering done!

Niki did such an outstanding job! Our lil lady’s previous groomer had relocated so it took a while for us to get in to a new place. Her fur was a little matted and she had some “rough spots” where we had to trim out some burs. She came out beautiful. Niki took additional time to make our lil lady absolutely gorgeous! We were treated so well and all of the staff were so kind. We love our new groomer Niki! We can’t wait to take our new puppy there for a face feet and Fanny intro groom soon ❤️❤️❤️
