This Hardware store is one of the BEST!I ordered brand new door lock, which arrived with none of the bolts & screws, required to install.Armed with the door lock, I entered the hardware. The gentleman working at the time, took the door lock, along with the instructions & gathered every bolt & screw required to assemble the lock. He then tookThe time to completely assemble the unit.You dont get that kind of service anymore!It was greatly appreciated!

Negative 0 if I could. Yesterday, I was going to buy a new horse trailer. I get to the guys house and I needed a different size ball. I see that it was 645 and I would barely make it to true value. I called them and asked if they could get the item I needed ready and I would be there at 7pm on the dot. He said that they close the doors at 7pm and asked if I would be there then and I said I understood and yes I would. I get there at 7pm on the dot, get up to the door and it was locked. Suddenly I see a motorcycle, and 2 cars which obviously belonged to the employees all go Speeding out of the parking lot on me. Not regularly driving. My husband and I were appalled at the customer service. I have never been treated so badly. The least they could have done was told me no on the phone or even told me that at the building. I am very disappointed in how they treat their customers. I expect more from smaller businesses. I know that farm and fleet could have and would have gotten the job done for me if I asked them of it.

Called about a string trimmer, and Megan was very knowledgeable about the product. Went to the store, and they set the product up for me, and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. Fantastic customer service; rare these days, but much appreciated! Keep up the great work. The busy traffic is an indication that others are satisfied with the store too.

Was at the store yesterday with my 85yr old father to check up on a small order of parts The Manager said that the parts have not been ordered yet and did not know when they would be ordered? I then asked about getting a bale Speer with the correct taper and was told in a very rude way that was all they had and he started to laugh! I then went to the counter to return the incorrect part that I had purchased some time ago with all the tag,s still on it and was again treated very rudely by the store Manager. After exchanging some words I was given my money back at a reduced price as I did not have the sales receipt. We always try to trade locally as much as possible and have been a frequent customer at this store But after the rude treatment and sarcastic attitude of this Manager Logan I will be recommending that ALL family, friends,and local farmers that I know to not trade with this store. I have never written a review of any kind before this and I rarely complain but this was just Wrong!

I called about the flat bed cart in the flyer. They had 1 left. Put it a side for me. Brought it home. Put wheels on. Works great. Great for hauling items around the yard. Flowers, dirt.

Ordered chickens and was told they would come in on the 19th but now they wont come in for 2 more weeks or so but yet nobody called to let me know. I had to call them to figure out what is going on then they couldn't find my original order and had to go dig around for it. Very disappointing experience so far.

Items are over priced for the quality. Also, I buy hay at farm and fleet usually but had to get some last minute so I went to gassers. I noticed the guineas were not eating the hay....then I saw a ton of tiny bugs by the hay bag! We had an infestation because of the hay. Definitely will not go here again.

Just bought a Weber grill this morning haven't taken it off my truck waiting for my husband to help he found a better price by $50 they told me they won't price honor or let me return it??????? Did say I could get two LP tanks full of free lp thank you hmmm??? Not return now that bothers me!

We bought a brand new STIHL chainsaw here and when we took it out to use it at the job the next day we noticed that there was a bolt that wouldn’t tighten we took it in to hope to get the saw replaced but they told us no that they could fix. They took 3 1/2 week to fix the saw and in the end they still made us pay for fixing the saw.

Nice place but highway robbery on prices. The really only good thing is if you just need a nut or bolt otherwise everything is priced way too high.You're better off going to Farm & Fleet or Menards
