"I recently visited this retail store and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, I noticed the store manager smoking outside while customers were trying to shop. This not only created a negative atmosphere but also showed a lack of professionalism.The staff at this store were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I approached them with a concern about expired food that I had purchased, they refused to provide a refund. The store manager even had the audacity to tell me that I should have checked the expiration date before making the purchase. This kind of response is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of customer service.Furthermore, I noticed that the prices on the shelves did not match the prices at the registers. This caused confusion and made it difficult to trust the store's pricing system. It is essential for a retail store to have accurate and consistent pricing to ensure a fair shopping experience.Another issue I encountered was the lack of accessibility for individuals with mobility issues. The store's layout was such that wheelchairs could not navigate easily due to products being placed on the floor. This is a clear violation of accessibility standards and shows a disregard for the needs of all customers.Overall, I would not recommend this retail store to anyone. The combination of a store manager smoking outside, rude staff, refusal to refund expired food, mismatched prices, and lack of accessibility make for an incredibly unpleasant shopping experience. It is clear that this store needs to address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction."

Nice store and organized. Be even better if the older gentleman working didn’t follow my every step in the store like I’m trying to steal something, or I showed up to walk around the store with him.
