Will never return now. Attempted to work on socializing our dog more and they were rude and disrespectful. They lack any support or information. The woman I spoke to could not have been ruder about our dog whom we have taken to classes and is a great lab. She was afraid of other dogs and as a result they just said no she cant come to daycare. There was no recommendations just you should have socialized earlier when in fact we have and she has other dogs at home that she plays well with but was apparently just scared. They were rude and the women on the phone was awful.

Apartment building had a fire, I had to find emergency shelter for myself and my cat, a friend suggested the Shalet , I was able to get space immediately and safety right before the holidays.. they are a lifesaver..my alternative was to bring kitty to the barn,to fend for his self..and it is cold out. I really couldn't have kept kitty safe myself..we both would have been living in the barn with the horses.. the caretakers made sure kitty was played with and had fun.i would definitely suggest for vet care. Obedience training.and respite for your pets..(Topps) and Shel-RayPetShalet..

The groomer shaved off some of the pads on bottom or her paws. Did not tell me, my dog was favoring her paw, I checked. It was red, raw. Vet gave her antibiotics. Shel ray only paid half.

They took great care of our two dogs. The senior accommodations are a huge plus for my 15 yr old with arthritis. We asked for grooming services before picking them up and they smelled amazing with nails trimmed nicely. I would highly recommend and we look forward to boarding here again.

Our Stella loves coming here for overnight stays! I can’t express how accommodating they have been to us when we’ve run in to some tough last minute binds. We feel we can always count on Shel Ray whenever we really need it the most! Sarah has gone above and beyond every time to accommodate Stella’s visits and makes Stella feel right at home. Can’t express how lucky we are to have someone like her taking care of our fur child!

I was nervous my dog had never been to a groomer. She doesn't do well with strangers. They were very kind to her. She did really well. She looked really good after. I will be back. I'm very happy!

I brought my Great Pyrenees there for grooming. Heather went all out on her-- trimmed the nails, the overgrowth between her foot bed, the mats behind her ears. I was extremely pleased with the results!

We are new to the area and we can't speak highly enough of the staff at Shel-Ray. Our pup is one year now and she always comes home so happy from day care, grooming and boarding. It is amazing how well she is groomed! We have also taken advantage of two rounds of training classes at Shel-Ray. It is a great, loving and wonderful staff. It is almost like the staff loves our pup as much as we do. Thank you so much for your hard work!

Our dog always has a great time when she stays here. She's a loving pit bull mix who doesn't do well with other dogs, but Shel-Ray is great at accommodating her with private play and cuddle time. On our last visit we were worried we had signed her up for group playtime instead of solo time and Shel-Ray responded to our email quickly letting us know she was indeed signed up for the right options. It put us at ease so we could enjoy our trip.

The five star reviews must be personal friends and family of staff. Groomers are great but unfortunately the face of the business is the front staff which is consistently unfriendly and stand-offish.I have play dates pre-paid and I’m sure the rude staff won’t refund, but I will try. If not, don’t care. Keep the money - my poor pup won’t be returning and I don’t need to deal with the unfriendliness anymore. Asked questions today about my friendly dogs “bullying” review and Sarah ignored my questions even though she heard me. Couldn’t have been more rude. Guarantee you will experience the same cold mannerisms. Save yourself the frustrations and take your beloved pet to somewhere better. If they treat their customers like that in open can’t imagine how they are to pets.

Terrible doggie daycare. First day our dog went to Shel-Ray she came home with her paw pads ripped open due to excessive running on concrete. She loves to run and it's hard to control animals and where they play. Therefore we gave Shel-Ray another chance. Second day seemed to go well until about 9 days later she starts to cough. The next day it's noticeably worse. Call Shel-Ray just to be told they've had an issue with kennel cough for about a month now! Why was this not communicated when scheduled to bring the dog to daycare for the day?! Obviously we made a vet appointment and got her medicine. The blatant miss care of and for our dog(and I'm sure others) is absolutely mind boggling.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years, it must be at least 18 years now. We have bordered them there when gone on vacation. I also bring our current 🐕 there every 2-3 weeks for a full grooming. Everyone there is awesome, never had an issue with anyone, or anything. My dogs groomers name is Genie, she is great and has been grooming our dogs as far back as I can remember.

Great experience have elderly cat who takes multiple medications. They treated him like a king. He came home healthy & happy. Wonderful place! We can go knowing our old fella is very well cared for in our absence.

My dogs love it there. Great daycare and boarding. They also will provide transportation there and back for a small fee. Grooming is also fantastic.

Boarded our golden retriever here many times, he is always excited to go there and seems to really enjoy his stay. Have never had a problem.
