The guy who runs this place is sometimes sort of gruff, but I chalk that up to having to run a small business on tight deadlines. The thing I like is that they make their chicken feed with non-GMO corn. My poultry lays really well on it and it always smells good. It's kind of out-of-the way, but it's a nice drive. Two of my closer feed mills have closed down, so it's a choice between this local business and bagged stuff from a mega-corporation far away. These guys use grains from local farmers, too, so not so much has used transporting bags to the big box farm store. Oh yeah, the bags are reusable. What can you do with the farm store ones besides throw them away? They appreciate a call to order your stuff so they can grind and bag it before you get there.
