Dirty, unorganized and customer services sucks. They just talk to each other while checking out customers. Big containers In front of a lot of the shelves so you can’t get to what you need and if you find what you need it’s either really low in stock or not in stock at all. The store needs to be bigger and they need more help like everywhere else.

Such a state of despair. There is more inventory on the carts blocking the isles than on the shelves. What a dangerous situation for the shoppers. The floors in the store haven't been swept or mopped in a very long time. They are disgusting and I've seen floors cleaner in a barn. I am willing to bet this is a result of inadequate staffing, however it is not safe to be in that store.

Depends on the day when you go. But, seems like one should avoid the store on delivery days. Carts and merchandise in the aisles. Some are completely blocked off or you have to move a cart to get what you're after. Most workers are helpful and friendly, but there are a couple you just dont say much to. If you cant handle customers or dont want to be there, retail sales is not your path of employment.

It's convenient but there are always stock in the aisles which makes accessing items, especially clothes, difficult. However this town doesn't have much else in terms of one stop shopping other than piggly wiggly, which is also limited. At least the $store has later hours.

Whoever is working right now...7:33pm 10/15/20...needs to work on her customer service skills. Good thing I was there to help the elderly lady figure out how to use the credit card machine. Sales clerk just stood there with a blank look on her face, not even willing to pay attention to the situation right before her eyes. The clerk was proudly wearing her "women for trump" shirt, though. And no mask...despite the big sign on the door that states "masks required". Dollar General is desperate for employees, obviously.

Extremely busy location.Not enough employees on the floor to keep stock put on the shelves.Recently the store has been very messy,With usually only one employee to work the register and put away new inventory.

I live approx 18 rural miles from this store. Called in the morn looking for a particular LED Xmas lite. The gal was very happy to look while we were on the phone. Exactly what I was looking for, was there, and she happily agreed to have them at the checkout for me because I expressed I have mobility issues. WELL... when I arrived there was such an incredible deal on discounted clothes outside ( for Xmas gifts) I loaded up my cart and when I came inside my lights were pleasantly at the counter as requested and a chair was provided as one of the gals electronically helped me figure out prices...ended up with 7 perfect items. I ended up shopping a little more and just like elves, there was a pleasant employee at every turn to help guide me with other items I was searching for. To top it off, the lady named Gretchen who was doing my checkout was also helpful and kind.I will recommend this store to many others becouse of the "over the top" service I recieved. Thank you small town business!🎅🎅🎅

The manager is very rude, and so is the rest of the staff. You can’t even walk through the store without having to move something out of the way. I feel bad for people who are handicap, trying to get through there. They never have anything in stock. They never have another cashier at the other register when it’s busy. I’ve waited in line for so long before someone else came up to the register. Don’t go to the Boscobel one, travel a little farther and go to the Prairi Du Chein one or the Lancaster one.

Besides going to dollar tree this is my second choice for getting the majority of my grilling accessories not to mention the always have sum type of sale going on. The staff is always will to assist u in any way possible.

This store is so under stocked all the time. Its ridiculous, then I found out they dont even get to do their own ordering...what a joke. How are they supposed to get what they need if they cant do their own truck orders? Dumb way for a corporation to run a company.

the shelves weren't stocked and stood in line for what seemed like 45 minutes while one person checked people out and the management don't care and lay the blame solely at the feet of the employees like somehow it's there fault the store is understaffed and not well stocked when they never have time to do so sad

The place should be cleaned up a little and when 12-14 people in line for checkout they need more help. Sometimes I just walk in the door and see the lineup and just leave.

Can't get through the Ailes very well the Boscobel store needs to move to move to the old world of variety building. Bigger store and more room

It's always cluttered, and there is a cashier who I have witnessed yelling and arguing with people, talking bad about customers after they walk out the door, and i have complained about her attitude and nothing is done to rectify her behavior or anything...

Always looks like they just got truck in. Random carts and racks everywhere. Cashiers are mostly friendly, though.
