Great service and kindness for my older dog.

My dog has been groomed by many groomers for years and never had issues, ever. When I picked him up today it was stated while cleaning his ears that he was fighting and nipping and has bruising around his neck from the noose and had to be muzzled. If this was such an issue than she should have stopped and let me know at pick up why ears were not done. Look at my dogs neck? I can’t imagine how traumatic that was for him. Also prior to my 0730 appointment I was told that nobody is allowed out of their car until her kids get on the bus, then you should not be scheduling customers until after kids are gone.
