Stopped in for lunch. Had not been at this location in quite some time.The good: The food was delicious. It was made correct, it was hot and fresh, it was made quickly. The prices have raise quite a bit since my last visit but that's not unusual now days. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The tables were clean and the place looked good except one exception (see below).The bad: The blizzard was a bit over blended, good thing they don't do the flip your blizzard thing here. The trash cans were overflowing.

All my food was cold shake wasn’t stirred entirely. I asked for 2 combos but they advised me their soda machine wasn’t working properly. So they proceeded to charge me for everything individually and apparently a regular fry is 5 fries which were cold. Hands down do not advise anyone to eat here. I’m not coming back. I will drive the extra time for a dq that appreciates their customers and better food. Employees standing behind the counter complaining about other workers while we were trying to eat the 30$ worth of food. Pretty rude

This is the slowest fastfood restaurant ever. I expect to sit in the drive through for 10 minutes anytime I go here, even if I’m the only car. The lack of efficiency is often why I choose other restaurants in town. I only leave this review in the hopes that the owners see it and does more training with their staff. I have worked at several fastfood restaurants and the time from ordering to having the food in hand should be 2-3 minutes.

We have went the last two weeks after swimming lessons. Both times we waited 30 minutes for our food and both times the food was cold when we got it. The first time I ordered the rotisserie chicken bites and the employee explained that the bites aren’t in their system so they have to ring it up as crispy chicken, then asked how many I wanted ( there aren’t pieces, it is just regular and large) and then got overcharged because the strips are more than than the bites. The bites were stuck together when I got them.The second time we went, again the food was cold after waiting 30 minutes. Deluxe burger was a regular cheeseburger and all three of the sodas were out of order. The trash can was full the entire time we were there.I’ve never seen an adult working here which doesn’t mean the teenage employees are in the wrong. It means the adult owners and/or managers are terrible at their job and don’t make sure their employees are doing their job right.Will not be going back. Rather go to a sit down restaurant, pay almost the same amount for better food and less hassle.

It’s painstakingly slow and 90% of the time they get your order wrong. BUT the employees are nice. It’s not their fault, they work for a company that pays minimum (unlivable) wage and doesn’t have enough workers because no one but high school students can afford to work for peanuts. It’s frustrating, but the employees are not to blame. I’m sure they’re frustrated too.

Has gone way downhill, and you can see the signs in many things. Employees with some questionable tattoo choices (stay off the face, folks) and not attentive to the counter even when not busy. Biggest thing was two orders of chicken tenders were raw; we were fortunate nobody got sick. In the half hour we were inside waiting for food, three different drive-through customers parked and came in because their orders were wrong. Every table inside was filthy, pop machine didn't work. When this many things are off, it's a sign that folks just don't care. Only a matter of time before the lack of care gets somebody a foodborne illness. What happened here? Didn't used to be this way.

We stopped for a couple of blizzards last week. It was apparent no one working wanted to be there to work. They didn’t wait on people at the counter. They were goofing around and laughing and pushing each other around as taking orders. Two blizzards took 25 minutes. Prep counters were dirty. Tables and booths hadn’t been wiped off. Garbage can full. Garbage on floor. And not one employee did anything but laugh and holler at each other. As a former DQ worker I was embarrassed for the establishment. The 5 customers in the 40 minutes we were there deserved better.

The food was good and the staff were friendly. Dairy Queen always seems to have higher prices than most other fast food restaurants but it's a good place to go if you're looking for a great selection of ice cream related desserts if you want to have that along with your lunch or dinner.

Around 5:30 this evening, I went to the drive through to get 3 meals, 2 HFSundays and a blizzard. There was only one car behind us and nobody else inside. It took a while to get the food. They handed me my blizzard. It was overflowing and basically soup. Got all over my clothes and car. I went inside to get napkins because they didn't give any, and to ask for a bigger cup. He just looked at me all bothered, gave me a cup, and turned around. I'm standing there pouring my blizzard into a larger cup. I shouldn't be able to pour my blizzard like a regular drink. I wanted to flip it over on the counter, but I chose to clean up my mess and leave.

The food is excellent people that work there very nice kind courteous but it takes forever to get your food I think I'm almost better off just getting it Frozen and taking it home and deep frying it myself. I should mention I haven't been back since and have had dozens of people complain about how bad it is now

This place needs a lot of help , didn't take my order correctly, young lady working at the counter at 1245 today , definitely hates her job , hardly talks so you can hear her , and its a big inconvenience to have her repeat herself , my food tray came out with someone else's dried ketchup on it , and crumbs ....all this time , the drive through young lady was talking with her friend in the dinning room area that is cussing about her bad night . It was very slow when i stopped in , but yet , only one clean table in the front area , napkins, food , and crumbs on tables , seats ...and so on. One lady i nicely asked what happened here today , as she just started finally cleaning said nights didn't do anything, i thought it doesn't look like days does either. One blond haired smaller young lady trying to start cleaning, not one other person having a care to help her.. wow

They offer meals as well as the blizzard treats and other favorites. You can also order in advance your frozen custom made cakes. Their food is great if you are interested in more of a meal besides a delicious treat. Definitely worth stopping by and trying what they have to offer. They do take precautions and wear masks when ordering in side or the drive up. Very happy with the friendly staff. Make your own happy delicious memories!!

The order taker was very slow to acknowledge that I was there at a "not-so-busy-time". My order was 2 cheeseburger meals, both root beers, one burger with no tomatoes. I had to repeat parts of the order multiple times because the order taker wasn't getting it.We were the only people in line and it took 10 minutes to get our food and at first they didn't give us our second drink, I had to ask for it. Then I noticed there were tomatoes on both of the burgers and at that point I just wanted to leave. This place only gets a 2 star because I know Dairy Queen is really good at every other location, except for that one.

I understand it gets busy, but following basic hand washing procedures is important! Literally watched a kid lick her fingers as she made blizzards. And pretty sure the one gals eye lashes kept coming unglued as she kept adjusting them. So glad I didn't find her gross, long, fake nails, or fake eyelashes in my ice cream! 🤢

I'm not usually one to complain, but I couldn't believe the quality of food and service I received at this branch today. We stopped for some burgers and ice cream. Our burgers came out cold. Not just not hot, but literally cold to the touch. We brought this to the frontend worker's attention and she grabbed someone who I assume was the manager. She mentioned that maybe the grill wasn't working right... She took our burgers and returned them in a few minutes. I can only assume they were microwaved or something similar because the buns were steaming hot and soggy with hamburger juice. We contemplated what to do, but didn't feel like eating soggy burgers. We again returned them and the woman was visibly irritated when she opened them., acting like we did something wrong for not wanting to eat soggy food. We asked to be refunded and she returned the money for the hamburgers. We expressed our dissatisfaction at both the quality of the food and the way our complaint was handled. We told her we will not return and she had the audacity to tell us not too! Our kids and us left hungry and disappointed.

Friendly service, good food, but the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking... in a BIG way. I know they were cleaning up, but you can tell many many things need a DEEP cleaning... like this tray. The photo doesn't do it justice however, it was NASTY... like they don't wash the trays... ever.. and in the back there was food stuck on things that had been there for a LONG time. We go to Dairy Queens often and although the staff was great, the place needs some serious attention inside and behind the counter.

Passing through today and it wasn’t a very good experience. The person of the speaker kept cutting us off, then we actually got our food, it was our mistake to not check I guess, it was wrong. We order two four piece original baskets, and a chocolate hazelnut drink. Turns out we were given a mint drink, couldn’t really see the green because of the chocolate, and one of the baskets was the honey barbecue. Highly disappointed.

I usually dont post anything bad but I had to wait over 35 minutes for just a Flamethrower burger. Very unhappy with that I was told that they were busy the first time I went up. And the second time of going up there I was asked if I was still waiting and the young lady asked the kitchen to make my burger right away and now it's been 45 mins and still no burger.
