From start to finish I was nothing less than pleased with the restoration of my 100 year old floors. Kyle was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and without difficulty helped me to find the perfect stain color. The guys who sanded, did repairs, and applied the stain and sealer were always professional, hardworking, and respectful. At the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned up and all tools and equipment were neatly organized. They were especially careful around my baseboards which had just been painted. Also, there was very little dust- quite different that when I refinished hardwood floors twenty years ago. I was actually shocked when I first saw the stain applied- they were absolutely exquisite! For the rest of my life I will see my restored hardwood floors as a thing of great beauty and will always be grateful to Ralph's Flooring their service.I am happy to give them my highest recommendation and have already recommended them to others.

We picked Ralph’s based off reputation and general reactiveness to our inquiries. We had one room converted to hardwoods with the entire house redone. We couldn’t be happier. Entire team was always spot on and professional. They would even drop off prestained samples that matched our choices despite living almost 40 min from the store. Everything went exactly as planned and no surprises that weren’t easily managed and handled. Install crew was beyond expectations. Almost no dust was anywhere to be found during and after install. We had Ralph's Hardwood Floor completely redo the floors in 3 of our medium to large sized rooms. Before contacting them, I received quotes from some big names, such as Empire. Empire quoted me 12-20k for veneered floor and engineered hardwood, and didn't even offer full hardwood as an option. So we called Ralph's and went over a few options. We eventually landed on Hickory, variable width, beveled, wire brushed, etc (in other words, the full nine yards) for less than some of Empire's quotes (near the middle of the range). So, around the price we would have payed Empire, but for a much more premium option. The end result is the perhaps the nicest floors I think I've ever seen. The picture I've attached doesn't even fully capture how nice they look in person. I feel so much prouder coming home to what we have compared to the floors we used to have that were left in a poor state by the previous owners.Services: Install flooring, Installation, Hickory wood

Ralph’s had installed our maple hardwood floors 17 years ago, with a light colored stain Over the years, they had taken a beating from general wear and tear, so since they were coming to resand the floors, we thought we’d have them use and updated stain. I highly recommend Ralph’s Hardwood Floors. When I needed my hardwood floors sanded. I had contact with 2 people in the Sales department, 4 different people doing the work, and 2 people from the Service department. All were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. They made the process of making the necessary decisions very easy. They walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Their “Dust Evacuation System” is fantastic!! From the first call to Ralph’s , I knew we made the right decision. Dori, their estimator, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. We have a large island and she assured me that they would not have to move it. All other estimates were requiring me to move the island.The crew arrived on time. They spent a good amount of time prepping the house. They placed a large barrier to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. They had “top notch” equipment which included a strong vacuum. The project took 2 days and they finished in time. Multiple crews worked on different segments of the project. There was excellent communication. We 100% recommend Ralph’s. 👍👍

We have a 20 year old home with several areas of hardwood flooring installed at construction time. We added several rooms of the hardwood about 10 years ago and now added several other areas. Ralph's sanded and resurfaced the older areas when the new hardwood was added. it all matches and is beautiful. Ralph's Hardwood Floor team did an exceptional job of bringing our floors back to life! The process required them to completely remove the old maple white-wash finish and apply a beautiful walnut stain. We could not be happier with the results; It is as if we have a brand new home!The dust containment system is spectacular and there was very minimal dust as a result.
