We visited in August 2023. Greta atmosphere and drinks. The cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, and pizzas were really great! They have limited hours so make sure you check that. Service was a bit slow likely due to staffing shortages, like everywhere else. Lots of parking in lot out front. Indoor and patio seating. We would visit again if we come back to that area.

Rustic local bar and restaurant. Large variety of unique pizzas and very delicious homemade crust. Easy to find and ice cream is just down the street.

My son and I were visiting Wisconsin for bluegill fest days and stopped by this little joint. Absolutely spectacular and would definitely drive another 3hours just for this pizza and atmosphere.

Got the Italian pizza fries and a large cheese pizza so good so worth the price and the weight even though it was a to-go order going in there nice friendly family type atmosphere very friendly workers definitely be going back with my kids to eat there

We went out for a drive and ran into Birchwood and decided to get dinner. This place did not disappoint. Our waitress was so friendly and sweet. My kids are super picky but my son said his fish sandwich was awesome, my daughter ate her entire burger (which is unheard of) and my significant other and I ate an entire 16” pizza! It was soooo good! If you’re driving through the Northwoods, this a place you need to stop at :)

Wonderful atmosphere, great food, and excellent service! We stopped on wheelers and couldn't go in do to having our dog with and the waitress told us it was no problem, she would come out and get our order. She came out to check on us several times made sure we were well taken care of.Parking: Lot's of parking for all types of vehicles and recreational vehicles

I was not impressed. Walked in and first thing I saw was a family style restaurant but the waitresses are dressed in revealing very shirts and shorts. Showing way too much skin for a family friendly environment. Food was alright and kind of high priced. Had very poor service. The waitress didn’t see if we needed anything till I was on my last bite of food. And not to mention the table that came in after us got their food before us. Overall was not impressed and don’t see myself coming back.

Worst service I have ever had in a restaurant, or the lack there of! We waited 10 minutes at the door to be seated, which is fine. We were seated and the server said I’ll be back in a moment! Half hour of waiting with not being acknowledged, no drinks, no I’ll be with you in a moment, no sorry I didn’t forget about you, just being left at a table and ignored!!! We walked out, if we could have gotten some acknowledgment or drinks maybe we would have stayed, we won’t be back ever! I’ll stick to we’re the service is good!

We had a group of 11 and were accommodated quite easily on a busy week in N WI. Our waitress was so kind! She recommended the Smoky Bear pizza, which was a favorite at our table. Cheese curds and and the other pizzas were also delicious. Fantastic cocktail menu. 😊 Highly recommend!

Amazing food! Don't know how they are selling the place or such limited hours. Had a group of 9 and everyone loved everything they ate. Unfortunately there was a mistake between the server and the cooks and a couple meals came out late, they were quick to make up for and we got the food shortly after the mistake was noticed. Everything else was amazing.

Please update your hours on Google. It says open 7 days a week.They are closed Sunday and Mondays.The review will be updated to a 5 once this is corrected.Really good thin crust pizza.Friendly staff.Not from the area and made the mistake of driving out on a Monday to find out they were closed.

Well where to start, the food was good, the hostess was on the ball and got us seated quickly. Our waitress was very attentive. The reason I'm giving 2 stars and that's being generous is the kitchen completely took their time getting the food ready. We had a table of 5 so not a huge order and everyone of us ate separately while the others watched. The appetizers came in the middle of the meal, so much for them being appetizers. This was the longest meal in my life 1 hour 45 minutes until the last person got their food. And here's what really ticked me off, the whole time we sat and watched carry out order after carry out order go out the door. I think what is happening here is the pizza pen is putting carry outs over the in house customers. Would I recommend this place? Unfortunately I have to say no, well unless your ordering carry out over the phone.

Service was top notch... Order the philly prime rib dip no peppers. Was charged for a prime dip add onions. Granted the price difference was only 1.25 but still!!! Food came and the sandwich was barely edible the meat was bland and over cooked. It'll be the last time coming to the area and spending any money at this establishment!!!

Great food, great people! You've got to try the Smokey Bear pizza, it's unique and delicious. We always love the deep fried green beans (with horseradish ranch dipping sauce!) as well. Their nightly specials and fun drink menu give some extra variety, and keep us coming back!

The last 3 times we have ordered take out they mess up the order every single time! We are talking…missing salads, burgers, etc. It is beyond frustrating when you drive 20 mins there to support a local business and they cannot double check their quality and the order. Disappointing, waste of gas money and money on food we didn’t receive.

We came here while camping after getting rained on and they were so accommodating! Amazing service, and found a way for us to eat outside while it was raining because we had our dog with us! They let us order pizza even when the kitchen was closing, and it was soooo good. Including a pizza with cranberries and hickory sauce that was delicious. Very happy with everything here and will be back in camping trips to come!
