This hotel is beautiful and CLEAN! The owners are a sweet couple who are very invested in this town and the people who live here! They have a great staff which is hard to find. The pool area is beautifully maintained, no hot tub, but three hot tub rooms are available. There is a fun little bar onsite and you can grab a bite to eat, too. I wish every hotel we stayed at was this well kept and inviting! Kudos! You deserve a 10 star rating!

I had to pay $50 so my 2 clean pets could stay in a filthy dirty room. 😠 😡 We have been traveling with them for 10 hours so we will have to deal with it.1 * for the housekeeping.Rooms: Unclean floors. Room 116 needs a deep clean. Smells bad. Crud build up in the corners.

This hotel was fantastic! The rooms, lobby and pool area were super clean. It even smelled clean inside! Not a hint of stale cigarette smell.The breakfast was cold but not bad for the price.The only complaint is that it is in the middle of nowhere. It is right off the highway so convenient if you're traveling, but not close to any restaurants etc.Overall we had a great experience here.

We stayed here two nights. It’s just a motel and was completely fine and nice for a motel but night two our neighbors above us would not stop stomping and banging it sounded like people were being thrown it was absurdly insanely loud all night long. (We live in apartments we know how to get over sound too) it was so bad that at three in the morning we had to call the front desk and they it still never stopped again at 7 am we had to call again and we’re told there’s nothing they could do because they couldn’t hear it in the hall. We know it’s not the teens fault who work here at all but it was horrible got absolutely no sleep all night long idk what these people could possibly be doing quite Litterly all night long. I guess make sure you stay on the second floor if you stay here (there is no elevator too) or just go to platsville just 15 minutes away.

For a budget 2 1/2 star hotel that I only picked as last minute, I have to say the experience was really good. Super clean, you always worry about bedbugs but it was totally fine. The staff, each and everyone of them, were accommodating and super nice. My only complaint is the room smells a little musty. Not sure if it was because the air condition wasn’t on when we got here but Other than that highly recommend staying here if you’re on a budget.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel. Booked 2 rooms and outside of my control needed to cancel the stay due to unforeseen circumstances. I reached out through the booking websites to cancel and understand if I would be able to get my money back since this stay needed me to pay up front . The response I heard was that they never received word back from the hotel for the request. Was told that I needed to reach out directly to the hotel. I did, both in an email and a phone call. Was told when I called that the manager was not in and I would receive a response at least by the next day. The phone call or email never came. I will never stay not only at this Quality Inn & Suites or any Quality Inn & Suites ever again. To not even get a response and just forfeit an entire 2 night, 2 room stay without even having an acknowledgement or conversation is unacceptable by any standard. Worst experience in my lifetime.

They went out of their way to make my boyfriend and I feel comfortable. They were super nice and barely and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very nice as well, very clean and comfortable. Best hotel stay in a while.

Excellent hotel! I stay in hotels year round for work and this is definitely one of the better ones out there. Very professional staff, clean rooms, hot breakfast. Food from the restaurant was excellent and affordable. Beds are comfy as can be. Will absolutely be back.

The hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool was small but the salt water was a refreshing change. Breakfast was adequate. The make your own waffles were nice, but all there was for fruit were some spotty bananas.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left the entire staff from front desk to housekeeping was always pleasant and helpful. Very clean, nice pool, great breakfast, and comfortable beds. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Very nice room. We had the jacuzzi room. Very spacious and clean. Very friendly employees. Nice breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was how cold the room was when we arrived, it took nearly 30 minutes to get the room comfortable so we never did use the jacuzzi.

Staff was very pleasant. But the room was lacking cleanliness. There were empty beer cans and pop cans under the bed from the last occupants and it looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or vacuumed. The bedding was so stiff that we only used the sheets. The continental breakfast was also 👎🏻

Food was good. bartenders were very good. hotel help were very polite. The owner/manager was the BIGGEST B****!!! very disrespectful. had a dispute about the bill and she got 2 inches from my face yelling and screaming at me right in front of my 8 and 6 year old kids. this is no way to run a business. i stay in hotels often deal with all types of people every day some good some bad but never have i been treated like this. if you don't like to be an owner/manager don't. sell it or hire people to do the job. just be cause of this i will never stay there again nor will alot of other people that seen or heard about this.

Comfortable rooms, clean throughout and attentive staff. Stayed with a sports team and would bring them back if we're at UW Platteville again. Breakfast was decent and price was lower than in Platteville just 10 minutes away. Only drawback was being that distance from restaurants.

The staff was competent and friendly. Breakfast was modest, but adequate – cereal, mini-muffins, packaged pastries and juice. The room was clean and quiet. In 105, there were some holes in the plaster from an old shower curtain rod and by one of the outlets, if that's important to you.A little after 10 am, I got a knock on the door. She said housekeeping; she'll come back. OK. Ten minutes later (no knock or anything) someone opened my door to come straight in. Not OK. I'm glad I hadn't just gotten out of the shower and that I had flipped the top latch on the door.Based on the negative reviews here and on Trip Advisor, I was looking at a stay in Platteville or Mineral Point, but there was easy parking at the truck stop next door for my oversize load, so work insisted. The place is under new ownership as of this Summer. If it's the couple I saw in the morning mannning the front desk & cleaning rooms, they seem like nice people.

Since under new management this place is a really nice hotel. Everyone is kind and helpful. Nice pool and sauna area and rooms are always clean. I stay here occasionally and have never once had a problem.

No stars!HORRIBLE! I had my wedding guests stay here and I feel so discussed that I had!! Many of my guest were disappointed with no elevator even for hanicaped!!! Also breakfast was supposed to end at 9 but was all shut off and gone by 830!! Multiple of my guests used the pool hot tub including CHILDREN received fungus from the hot tub diagnosed by a doctor!!!! When called to hotel staff attention they simply stated " thanks we will drain hot tub " NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I or recommend ANYONE to stay!! To have to apologize to my guests is not what i thought would come out of my wedding!!!!!!!
