Very nice store! Clean bathrooms! It’s like a mini grocery store and they have beer, wine, and liquor. All of the truck parking spots are pull-through ♥️♥️. Cat Scale fuel lanes. I love it! There’s a truck repair shop and truck wash (not BB), and a hotel all in the same parking lot. Plus, foot truck stop food, their hot foods are really pretty good!!

This building is the former Belmont Travel Center truck stop and Kwik Trip did a nice job renovating it after purchasing the building. Always clean. Always good employees and good food

I have lots of things I can say, being from Belmont originally, this the service here is soooo FAKE. One day we were in like a lady with short brown hair and thin black glasses was yelling at a worker, older chunky lady, something she should have pulled an employee to the side, not give customers a show, and I feel for the worker. There’s a time and place for that, and clearly that was not the case; she proceeded to yell and disrespect the worker, then turned to us customers in line with a smile like nthing ever happened. Not only, that, I seen a worker refuse a customer, because she was doing something told a worker that was stocking no, find someone else to help the customers. What?! Kwik trip in Belmont is a great thing that happened, but the service is not motives, required of the job, active listening, answering the phone but rushing people off the phone, giving customers their items but not in a nice way, some of the ladies death stare like they have something wrong with you. One worker, grabbed a bottle of liquor and slammed it on the table, like she had a problem with that liquor or something my fiancée was hoping it was going to break. Because, he really would have had a good reason to never come there again, and probably sue the worker, working. Now these complaints are stuff that happens when we come in, and these events aren't all in one setting, these are just a few that stuck out to me to really make notice. I feel like they aren't helpful to staff who are new, especially being only there for a month... like 4 weeks, the bosses act like workers that start to get everything into ropes in just a week, when there's a lot to servicing customers at a Gas station, this is far from grocery store. I really enjoy Hyvee, they have the best customer service, and great stores that, Kwik trip don't offer, better yet, rewards that can be used in the gas station part, and grocery store. Convince but, with top care! I hope we get one in the southwest area, so we can say goodbye Kwik trip. I have to drive to dodgeville, Mineral point or Platteville to get top service for Kwik trip. Sad I can't say that in my own town. KIM and TRACI, you not only need Jesus, but a recap of how to treat people, workers, and don't think I don't remember names and I don't write them down. You are showing more than true colors, and it's sad in a place of business. With the character, you both bring us a huge Negative, don't forget yall ain't that great with milk expirations cause I got milk from there that was to expire, the next day. I now have to check no only your stores but all stores. Because of that trauma. It a waste of money. Y’all should observe more when customers have products, make sure things are 100% ok. Some of the food, would be stale, or dry. Being sat out to long. I refuse to eat the hot deli. Depending on times and who's working that is, because food isn't being moved, and 3rd shift, there's barely any food under the food rack. Next time stuff goes down I’m recording it, cause it’s just like WOW, how is corporate, not seeing this hearing this, or doing something about it?

I was riding down Hwy 151 and noticed they have a new Kwik trip in Belmont. It was a pleasant surprise, until I stopped to buy a cup of coffee and use the restroom. I’ve have been to tons of KT’s , but I have to tell you this is the dirtiest restrooms I’ve ever seen in the chain. You also have some of the rudest people I’ve ever met behind a KT counter. Very disappointed.

Very Clean and many Food/Coffee options.The Cashier was very friendly and commented on my charming Dog but a Manager came over and kicked us out!I've been to hundreds of Truck Stops all across America and this was a first.Love's, Flying J,Pilot, T/A, Petro Travel, BP,SHELL, EXXON and Sinclair all allow Dogs and other Leashed Pets.

Usually stop here when I come through. Large truck parking, and large clean store/restrooms with lots of food options, like a mini grocery store. I always grab a basket cuz I know I'll end up needing it. Workers were friendly, but the reward card system was down so couldn't use that.

KwkTrip, I love you, but after seeing three dozen flies in your donut display cabinet, not including surrounding food isles, I can not eat anything from your store. 10 employees running around cleaning the place and it's appalling that you would still serve these fly molested Donuts where you can get people sick. For gosh sakes, even your employees were complaining about the Flies during my visit. I will spare you from any photos, but please clean up your act.This is painful I had to write this.

Kwiktrip i love you at any other location but you ruined this spot. The store is huge and has hardly any selection. The candy aisle is pathetic. There are no goods or trinkets. I miss the old subway and everything the old gas station had to offer. The ice cream is $4 a piece for single serve selection or $5 for a box of many. That kind of blatant price gouging is not normal for a kwik trip either. Do better. The giant empty spaces could be better utilized to offer more selections. This was the ultimate break stop for travel between iowa and Wisconsin before it was ruined. I was looking for a small toy to keep my son happy in the car and the gas station dropped the ball. No fidget toys or small anything .

Beautiful building but garbage service and apparently they stop cooking at 7? Almost no hot food out when I asked about a roasted chicken they said it would be 90 minutes. I love Kwik trip I have fleet rewards it's where I buy 95% of my fuel but this was real disappointing

Kwik Trip I wish I could keep it as a five-star review but seeing flies in the store the other day and the outside trash today Not being taken care of as full And it's not the first time I've seen that and It's bad enough the one time the trash in the bathroom was over following and I don't know how long the switch was flipped for your attention but it shouldn't be that way with the trash and if that was at my place of work at the rest area I work at I would be getting ear full for not checking it and empting it. I get it The place is busy but either get more help or something Because I have not been in any other store that has the same issues

These women working here never fail to disappoint. No hash brown sticks available at 7:30 am on a Monday but large marge was making sure the soup stayed stirred. And the breakfast pizza was time expired but they still tried selling it. 5/29/23

This location used to be the Belmont Travel Center but has been rebuilt and is now a Kwik Trip.Truck drivers: Your truck GPSs will still show Belmont Travel Center. This place has a very large parking lot, clean amenities, hot food at all times, and is opened 24/7.

This is the best truck stop that's ever existed or ever WILL exist. It has everything you'd ever want, and everything you can't even imagine. It's literally the perfect store in all ways. I can't even properly explain it to you how perfect it is.
