Extremely straightforward and easygoing process right in my little town. I had my eye on a vehicle and researched heavily before going in. I decided that they had it priced extremely reasonably especially considering that it's a very popular car that's difficult to find.I worked with Sebastian who was awesome. Very easy to talk to and painlessly guided me through the process. He kept me fully up-to-date the whole time. The finance department was fantastic too. Another easy, straightforward conversation and process, and I didn't feel overly pressured to purchase add-ons.I love my new vehicle! I've had it about three weeks now, and my solitary complaint was a rattle in one door when my music was turned up. I tightened a few bolts, and that seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks for all of the help!

Went out to Rosen from Madison because they had great prices and were very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a test drive on-line and the whole process was very smooth and low pressure. They provided great rates, financing options, and tax rebates. Sebastian, Jose and Zach were easy to talk to and work with and it made the car buying experience so much more enjoyable. I want to commend the Rosen Team for making our purchase of a special order F-250 smooth and comfortable. We had not done business with Rosen (or Francois) before, and the start of any business relationship is always a little stressful. Prior to last Friday, we had not set foot in your dealership and only communicated with Sebastian via phone and text to place the order. Walking in and unexpectedly seeing a trusted and familiar face in Finance Manager, Zach, really helped set the tone for the day!Throughout the brief order-build-delivery process, Sebastian was awesome. He was always there to answer our questions and assure us the process was working as it should. He was patient, informative, and knowledgeable - just like a sales person should be! We really appreciate how he treated us.Although our interaction with Jose was limited, we know he was the guy keeping things together behind the scenes. Ordered a Ford Bronco with Sebas early 2022. Just picked up and was a smooth process and didn’t have to deal with dealer mark ups. Had a hiccup with Ford corporate with my order and they handled it in stride. Jose, Hutch, and Kevin were all great. Definitely worth the trip from Madison. I bought this beauty today! (Nissan V8 Titan). My experience at Francois was awesome and everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and easy going. Isaac was my salesperson and he was thorough, respectful and full of knowledge about a Nissan even though it's a Ford Dealership! I would highly recommend working with these folks for a new or used vehicle. I especially enjoyed working with Isaac because of his sense of humor, his willingness to negotiate a fair deal and his positive attitude. It made buying a used vehicle actually fun! Julie was amazing - super friendly and knowledgeable as well. All service done perfectly. Car was photographed going in for comparison with going out. Nice video of work progress sent while waiting. Waiting area extremely comfortable with nice chairs, bright and convenient with places to do some work and some snacks and drinks. Bathroom spotless. Check out very thorough and detailed with clear recommendations for future work if needed. Service representative was knowledgeable, thorough, personable, professional and friendly. Would give zero stars. I used to love them as Francois - but not now. More interested in upselling me on license plate bulbs than diagnosing the issue I asked them to look at. Four and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation! Including the hour tech lunch break where they kept my vehicle hostage.

I went to Rosen Ford prepared to be disappointed. Instead I walked out with a brand new, beautiful Bronco Sport.Sebastian, Jose and Zack all took great care of me. Not only did I get a new vehicle, but I had fun doing it. Usually I hate car salesmen but I really had a good time with these guys. I felt like they listened to what I wanted and they went out of their way to make sure I got it.I will definitely go back to Rosen next time I need a new car.
