Very dirty, a lot of the Shelves were empty... a lot of boxes in aisles. I like Hartford Walmart better. I'm just being honest.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I was wasn't expecting to be so excited to see a Walmart. 😍 And I was actually pleasantly surprised by how much variety there was in merchandise, and how well stocked in all of it. We were in a hurry, my son and I, to take photos, because we were so tired. But let me say, it was the end of March, first days of April, and we'd had a solid week of nothing but a wind chill factor of below 30F (0C). His new job has kept him away from home 5 out of 10 working days, which meant he hadn't seen his kids at all for almost 2 weeks, and barely spoken to them, because his ex was being uncooperative about it. So this outing was a nice break because he got to buy what he wanted for them: a printer, for their artwork; chest of drawers; and some treats for all of us, because we want to make sure we are all properly cheered up. And Walmart is good for treats. I should also mention that it's a great place to get your basic soap making supplies.Eta: I've added a photo of a new-ish while wheat flour on offer in the Baking aisle: Bronze Chief out of Oklahoma. A finely ground red wheat that's high in protein which is excellent for making a 60% or higher content whole wheat bread. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

I LOVE Walmart BUT, I have some suggestions... Online shopping is great although some of us who are not online shopping are constantly trying to move around the employees with their jumbo size carts. The aisles are not big enough And it's even worse when there are pallets all over the place. Is there a third shift crew that stocks shelves at night because that would help, or maybe online orders that are larger can be filled on a third shift to be picked up in the morning and keep daytime online shopping for minimal items. I have literally left the store before and shopped at the Pig because you can't get around order fillers And to be honest some of those fillers have attitude which is completely understandable because they're only trying to do their job but as frustrating as it is to spend more than your income on food it's equally as frustrating to do it slowly. I suggest adding on to the store or trying something different with a third shift crew...

Very rarely stocked, very disorganized. Most employees are rude, except for electronics/photos associates.Self checkout lady accused me of stealing because the self checkout machine detected me PUTTING SOMETHING IN MY CART AFTER I SCANNED IT, as “stealing.” I showed her the item in question clearly on the screen, and she didn’t say anything and dramatically walked away…idk if she felt stupid or what but you’d think she’d apologize after wrongly accusing me.mind you this was a $3 container of juice 🙃🙄. Don’t blame me for your machines not working properly, thanks.

We ordered a brand of wheat bread. They told me they had no substitution for wheat bread. We ordered 2 later 7up. They told me they had no seven up. We ordered tater tots and ritz crackers. They told me they had no substitution for these. is smaller bag or a larger bag.We also paid the extra money to add everything delivered. I believe it was one hundred dollars and this is what we rsteve. We spent over $350.00. And this is what I receive in return.

They really need to do their stocking during the night again. It is horrible to come here. There are constantly pallets all over the place blocking product and usually it's between displays in the aisles so you can't switch over to the other side as easily. I've had countless times where I've gone there and the employees are just in the way stocking.. they're all listening to music, paying no attention to their surroundings, and seem very slow. I don't get why they don't just do stocking on 3rd shift like they used to.Employees aren't super rude, but they're also not very helpful or really "customer service" oriented either. They're all just standing around all the time at self check out. Most of the cashiers don't follow the standards for bagging anymore -- they've bagged things like ant traps with food.Their bakery is trash. Everything tastes overprocessed and like they aren't actually making anything in house or if they are it's just them sticking premade stuff in an oven. Nothing tastes like it's made in house.Their kitchen is hot garbage. Everything tastes frozen (like Tysons frozen chicken) and like it was just popped in the microwave, oven, or deep fryer. The popcorn chicken used to be alright, but now it tastes awful. Their potatoes wedges taste oily. The only good thing from their kitchen is the rotisserie chicken.The Pharmacy seems fine, though they're usually really busy unless you go later in the evening. I've never had any issues with them. Wish they had a drive thru. It would make things so much more convenient. I've never used their park service where they bring your meds out to you.I've used the app multiple times for a pick up. Never really had any issues with it. Anything that was substituted was done right and they've never failed to give me anything I'd asked for. Overall, I like this service and appreciate it.I've never really had an issue with the auto department. I don't really use them anymore. They're just so limited in what they can actually help with, I just tend to prefer Grease Monkeys if I want to go somewhere without an appointment or Fischbach if I want to go somewhere with an appointment.

I went to buy a prepaid cellphone, they refused to sell it to me and then accused me of being a drug dealer and told me they would contact the FBI because I buy to many cellphones 🤣. They interrogated me like I was criminal . Why have them on the shelves if you can not purchase them without being questioned? Peggy and Amanda are 2 employees who lack customer service and social skills.

It's Walmart, either makes you depressed or feel 100 times better about yourself. Whether you are buying BBQ Corn nuts, 55 inch television or picking up your meds for major depression it can usually be found in one aisle or another. Help may be scarce and if you find an employee don't expect they will know what you're looking for. Asked an employee where aisle L4 was and they told me "they weren't good with letters". Self checkout is generally available,if you like chatting with the employees save it for a store with real employees.

I understand the supply chain issues, and I understand the frustration of the workers, but this Walmart keeps it's store so cold that not only are the shoppers wearing winter jackets, but the workers are wearing winter jackets, scarves and hats. It's unbearably cold in this store! I went to a different Walmart today and was MUCH more comfortable and warm. Ridiculous. Turn the heat up! It's 30* outside, it would be great if it was at least 65* inside.

Very disappointed. I accepted a substitution item, only to find out the box was covered in something sticky. The kid who brought my order out said he was going to write it down. I never got refunded for item. Called 4 days later. Was told I'd get refunded (close to $20) and still have not been refunded. How is it legal for walmart to steal from people

Although the service desk was friendly and helped me with my return, as I went through the rest of the store NO OTHER associate I passed bothered to say "hello" or acknowledge me as a customer.They all need to go to 'customer service boot camp'.

It was very busy and they had big stocking carts FULL of merchandise sitting in the isles all over the place. It was very hard to navigate through the traffic in the store.

Ordered a birthday cake for my soon to be 7 year old son online and paid for it 4 days in advance. Got a message my cake was ready and when I showed up, my cake was gone. They have no idea what happened to it and are unable to make a new one because they need “48 hour notice.” So here I am the day before my sons birthday without his cake that he picked out.

People in auro center don't care about customers and some are crooks. Took my wife's car to have tire fixed with road hazard they plugged the sidewall instead of replacing it. Then the tire started leaking when I went back and made them replace it they tried to charge me for roadhard again when we just paid to put it back on .also tired of waiting in line 15 minutes to check myself out. My family is done with your store ,have a nice day

Walmart now wants to use it's WiFi to track people across stores and will reset your password to verify it's actually you. Walmart has gone way too far and is now invading peoples privacy.

I like the pricing. The worst is the check outs. Today Thursday at 11am they actually had 6 checkers. If I scan it, I want a 10 % off.The only thing I really like about grocery shopping, is the selection. Next is it's not as huge as some stores like Costco or Woodmans, it takes an hour just to walk the. Stores there.Convenient and accessible.

I came here to finish up all of my holiday shopping! I had a list walking in the door however the end caps with the sale items get me every time.They had a good selection, with no empty shelves this time.The staff were all friendly and in the holiday spirit!The gift selection was very helpful, trying to pick a gift for my 3 year old niece had me stummped! Thank goodness they had so many isles of toys! I found the perfect gift!I was able to finish my list in one spot and was very happy for that!
