This McDonald’s is awesome. This restaurant is very clean, the food is good and the service is very fast. What makes this location stand out is the Service. The employees are awesome. They are very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this location. Great job everyone. Please keep it up.Parking: Plenty of free parking available.

Mother of four so McDonald's is definitely a friend of mine I've had a couple bad experiences at different McDonald's but this McDonald's was absolutely wonderful The food was delicious and fresh even the drinks taste a little bit better like their soda lines are clean. The staff keeps an eye on the front register so you don't have to wait forever they are quick and friendly.

the food is fast food. the service is great as always. though one big Mac is equivalent to 2 days calories and has enough cholesterol to kill a cow.Kid-friendliness: 40 piece nuggets are less than 12 dollars feed your family nuggets the McDonald's hack your welcome

Decent place to get delivery from if you don't necessarily care about getting what you ordered. I think I've likely saved some money getting messed-up orders and getting credits/money back for all the mistakes they make here. Deluxe burgers made into plain burgers, hot coffee being given as iced coffee, drinks in the wrong size, and most recently every mcflurry is half unmixed vanilla. Honestly, I'd really prefer to get my correct order instead of getting credits and refunds. But until they fix these issues... Thanks for the discounted wrong food I guess?But man, at least fix the mcflurry issue. An oreo shamrock mcflurry shouldn't be half unmixed vanilla. That's just lame. Get it together!

Very clean and very friendly. When my son dropped all of his kids-sized fries on the ground they gave us a small fry for free, no questions asked. Thank you to the staff for being so understanding.

This McDonald's is probably one of the best you will find, but it still has the typical mcdonalds type issues. People standing around not interacting with customers, some food too hot. Some too cold, fries with enough salt to melt the polar ice caps. When staff did talk they were super friendly and the bathrooms are always clean.Dietary restrictions: Do not go here if you have dietary restrictions for sodium.

Always super slow and the employees are super rude. I have seen multiple people getting ignored at the counter and just walking out. You go up to the counter to order your food and the workers just walk past you looking right at you and don’t say a word they just ignore you. If you need help don’t count on getting it because they’ll look you straight in the face and turn and walk away when you try to talk to them. The lady that is always wearing the purple shirt with brown hair is one of the rudest ones there. She makes a mistake and it’s all on you and you are paying for it. I have also heard her talking bad about customers many times. I’d recommend the other McDonalds or not going to any here at all. They are only nice to who they want to me and when they want to be. Not worth it.

Atmosphere is always great...well because it's McDonald's n reminds me of being a kid. I gave an overall 4 star cuz no where is perfect n they've only messed my order up one time n it was no problem fixing it 😊 thanks for all your hard work.Dietary restrictions: I wish they had more pork free options for breakfast

Lobby is closed while other locations are open. Would not allow people to walk up to window to order while other locations do. Said you had to be in a car. Apparently this location doesn't care about all its customer base. What are truck drivers supposed to do- rip off their awnings? Basically you are denied service at McDonalds on Park St. in Beaver Dam, WI if you are in a truck or bus. Should receive ZERO stars, but one is the lowest choice.

No mayo on the premium chicken sandwich? (I received just breaded chicken and pickles)Also, my son ordered a bacon McDouble, but got no bacon.For dessert, my son wanted a snack size McFlurry which is said to be available when looking at the menu online for $1.69 (he was paying with a gift card he'd gotten for his birthday), but told they didn't have that size, and paid $3.99 instead. 😒

I realize it’s a Sunday morning, but I was in line longer than I’ve ever been in line at McDonald’s in my life. If I wanted to wait that long I would’ve gone to a restaurant and gotten better food for the same amount of time. If it’s a matter of cost versus time, it wasn’t worth it. The food is adequate at best. Don’t recommend coming here, skip McDonald’s maybe altogether and just go to a local diner that will get your food in half the time for twice equality at least

We had ordered breakfast before 10:30am and when we got up to the first window to pay they told us they canceled our order because breakfast was done with. If I could give a zero star review I would. Looks to me like you lost a good customer!!

no one was wearing hair nets around the food or grill. mopping with chemicals around the food. not wearing gloves to prepare the food. the place isn’t clean. and the food was cold and the fries where nasty. the burgers where messy and all over the place. health services would love to hear about this.
